Mercure Hotel Hamm

Breakfast was great, many options ranging from Continental to English breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and we were given the option to have a connecting door to our children's room. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, a shopping street and hair dressers. Very well located.

Secure parking costs 9€ for 24 hours. The shower sprays onto the floor making it and the toilet wet. The paint on the walls was chipped as well as some floor tiles in the bathroom. The sinks also had some rust on them. Maybe due for some renovating

That was good choice to spend 2 nights there. The staff was very kind helping us to realise all what we needed. If it is necessary we will come back.

I suppose there was not enough staff during breakfast. We were surprised firs day, that almost all the tables were free but not cleaned after other guests. We had to wait a moment, it was not a problem, but a but surprised. And usually people had to wait for milk, etc. No one was checking what is the current situation what what is needed - I suppose. :)

The big bed was super comfortable however the sofa bed was squeaking all night every time my partner turned around making a lot of noise. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choice. Location was great with a lot of shops around.

We had to pay additional 9€ for parking. The advert said parking available but it wasn't clear that it's additional cost until you read terms and conditions...

Breakfast had nice spread and also location wise, it is very close to bus stops. Staff were very gentle and nice. What was quite important for us is that they spoke pretty good English.

Mattresses were quite uncomfortable and we would have preferred a little hard mattress. This led to lower back pains and also disturbed sleep. To be fair to the hotel, we didn’t ask for it and may be they would have provided it if we had asked for it.

Location is very nice. I need Halal food which is available near to hotel. Also market, banks etc are also in walking distance. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Clean and comfortable hotel. This is my 3rd time staying here and i like it very much. 🙂

Great breakfast with a lot of choices prepared. Very friendly and helpful staff within a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

There is not really something to complain about. I was only surprised that there is no mini bar in the room but that us maybe also to safe energy which is fine with me.

A perfect hotel for business. It is located in the very center of the city of Hamm. Clean hotel. The staff is great. I recommend this hotel for a business stop.

The only bad thing is that the pillows are very artificial and not comfortable. as well as the blanked.

The frontdesk staff were very helpful, especially John. He helped us through many things during our stay. I would recommend this hotel for its quite rooms.

The room carpet needs cleaning for some stains. The beds were narrow. There was no complimentary water in the room. Requested high floor, extra towels and extra pillows but none were provided while checking in.

we could hear the lift going up and down, the walls aren’t very soundproof so we were also awaken during the night by other visitors and our neighbours in the morning

Being in city center is good. Staff is helpful. Clean and spacious room.

Everything is good but it is a bit expensive. Breakfast is poo. Cleaners a somehow not kind.
