Best Western Plus Atrium Hotel

A really nice hotel with modern room facilities, a few kilometers from the centre of Ulm. The bar and breakfast was excellent. We can't comment on the restaurant (as we ate out), but it looked really nice. Our room had a small balcony which added extra value, because we had our dogs with us. The bus stop to the cente of Ulm is one minutes walk, and costs 2.70E taking only 15 mins to get there with regular services to around 2100.The hotel has free parking for guests and great acess to the autobahn network.

Nothing. All problems were sorted quickly and efficiently without drama. A fridge would have been a nice addition to the room.

The room was nice and comfy. It was quiet enough. The breakfast was ok.

We were charged for parking, but on the next day. When we arrived and parked the receptionist did not say anything about paid parking; we asked her if we could park and she said "sure, take any place". However, on the next day another receptionist asked if we parked our car, and then charged us for parking. They should mention all charges up front. When we arrived for breakfast 30 min before it ends, there was not much left and the staff did not seem to be bothered to replenish it. There were a few people who arrived after us, and I don't know if they got anything.

They have rooms with road view and with garden or internal parking view. Internal parking is quite at night but might wake you up early. Overall rooms were comfortable. There is also small 1 star Michelin restaurant in the hotel and another restaurant. Someone told me that chief is same for both of them. Anyhow we wanted to see city center and skipped the restaurant. So, going to visit this place again.

No AC in rooms.

The room was standard with a comfortable bed, bathroom had some essentials, I was in the sauna in the fitness area, well eqipped there too.

The Wifi kept logging out, even when actively using it. The location is a little far from the center and was uphill from the tram stop.

The room was clean, the staff super friendly, location - depends what your objective is - in our case, we were attending a birthday at a restaurant just down the street, so that was perfect. Breakfast was definitely good!

Maybe just one thing, the room didn't have air conditioning. And it just happened that we had a super warm day & night. We were lucky that we were a bit higher on the third floor so we had some wind coming in during the night, but air conditioning would have made the experience perfect.

Proximity with highway

Although we could be welcomed by a staff , the closing of reception at 18.00 as mentionned on internet site put a unpleasant pressure when you come by car . Morever a code to get room key in box is promised but it should be forwarded by email when you book not the arrival day at the last minute. Without this issue the stay could be perfect.

It was a 2 nights stay . Our room was clean . The Staff was friendly . Breakfast was good. WiFi was Good. We got more we wanted . Good location to explore surroundings if U are by car . I would not hesitate to book again

Have seen a few negative reviews about this place and to be honest I have no idea why. Room was large with comfy bed. Easy access from autobahn and nearby bus stop gets you into the city in ten minutes.

Could do with a sign from the main road.

Superb staff very friendly and incredibly helpful.

Quality of food was excellent, but for someone staying more than 1-night, the menu was very limited.

Breakfast was nice and for me the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Good hotel for LegoLand and Slyline Park

No a/c and on the hottest weekend of the year not so good, room was next a road so you could hear every car. Room was small as was the bathroom.
