Leonardo Royal Hotel Ulm

The hotel was in excellent conditions. The staff takes care of every detail. The rooms are spacious and well mainteined. The bathroom if very confortable. Brakfast is excellent and the service awesom. We also travelled with two small dogs and we have no problem at all with them. The location is close to a main road but you will not hear anithing in your room. Located close to the city center so nice to go for a walk and discover the city.

If you travell with a roof box in your car, it will be not possible to use the hotel parking. There are a few parking spots along the street but they are not always available.

Excellent value for money! Very modern building and room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Hotel is within "walking distance" from main station.

Room was not very big. The location is "behind the railroad tracks", i.e. although the air-line distance from main station is not very long, the actual walk there is a bit complicated (how to cross the tracks) and the streets are a bit rough to walk if you have luggage. It also means that if one wants to get to the old town of Ulm by foot, one again has to walk back this somewhat inconvenient route.

Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast times were civilized, as is the checkout time of 12:00. Only

The only slightly negative thing is that the bathroom lacks a bit of privacy in that the glass door, although it looks great, isn't entirely closed as there is space around the edges which allows in draught and allows out steam, and also isn't as sound-proofed as it could be with a conventional door. This is especially an issue at night time when any noise will wake the other person sharing the room.

We just spent one night, and we were not able to enjoy in full the hotel facilities. That said, lobby and room were vey nice, beds comfortable and bathroom spacious and clean. We were traveling by car and we found the underground parking very convenient, quite expensive though - 18€ a day

While the price for a twin room was very attractive, breakfast was very expensive and we decided to have it in town. The hotel location is not appealing and close to a busy road, but it is walking distance (10/15 minutes) from the main square.

Good location, bug garage, nice rooms and very good breakfasts. Also the staff was very nice - they event lend me an electric kettle so I could drink a tee in a nighttime. I truly recommend Leonardo Ulm.

Fitness point could be better quipped. What's the point of 3 elliptical trainer / treadmills ? Whereas there are no any even small equipment to exercise like kettlebells or dumbbells. Also a little bit annoying was using lifts.... since there was always long waiting for a lift I used stairways. I was able to go from my floor to the garage -1 but not to 0 reception where doors were closed from inside

Spacious clean toilet. Things look new. Comfortable bed. We requested for a kettle to boil water and it was promptly passed to us with a refundable deposit. Thankful that although we arrived too early, we were able to leave our luggage in their good care as the room wasn't ready for occupancy. The aircon worked very well and kept us really cool and comfortable during those super hot days! Hotel is near the train station and we could walk there from the station even with our heavy luggage.

The staff who later allocated the room to us seemed quite lost. When we went there we were so shocked to find a thoroughly untidy room with everything not cleared! But they were very quick to allocate another room to us on a higher floor and it was very good.

Pros. This is our second stay in this hotel. We used it like a night stop on our way to and from vacation. It is very comfortable for family with kids because it has connected rooms. Also you can take your dog for 10eur per night. There is a huge parking garage under the hotel. The rooms is new. Soft towels. Comfy mattress and pillows. No noise at all despite of the fact that the hotel stay between highway from one side and construction lot from another. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay longer in this hotel if I have time. I will come back. Cons. If you don’t have a car it might be a little complicated to reach city center but it wasn’t problem for me. I wish to have two soaps in the bathroom, one to wash hands and the second in the shower.

The room was lovely, nice clean design and plenty of space. The beds were a bit too soft for our liking but still comfortable for the night. The staff were friendly when assisting us with check in. The hotel is located pretty close to the hbf, and it is within walking distance to the main attractions around Ulm. The bathroom was quite modern, and the toiletries supplied were great.

The beds are quite soft, and the 2 single beds don't stay together very well. A small problem that really didn't impact our stay very much, still highly recommend!

nice room, very close to the city center but also to the highway. Good breakfast, with high quality food. The basic room is 13sqm that in my opinion was "small" but I have to say that, thanks to its design was more than enough. Room was so comfortable and everything was working very well

the underground parking, that was quite the only option there to park the car is too expensive: 18€ / night! But I also have to say that was so convenient and new.

The hotel is modern and breakfast was good. The staff were accomodating and the location was quiet to rest.

Even though on the map the hotel is right next to the train station, getting to the hotel from the train station requires a big round across the tracks. There is unfortunately no way directly to the hotel from the train. Getting to the hotel from the city centre is also not as ideal.
