Hotel Panorama

The staff at the hotel are first class. Very welcoming, approachable, professional and friendly. Always there when you need something. You could feel the strong bonds between the hotel staff, like a family. The panoramic view of Thessaloniki from the hotel is simple stunning and I was very much enthralled by it. You can see from the airport on the left, all the way over to the city centre on the right. And on a clear day you can see Mt. Olympus in the distance. The rooms were well furnished and the hotel was decorated for Greek Easter, with some unexpected Easter treats in the room when we arrived. I also loved the collection of team memorabilia, who have stayed in the hotel. I would not hesitate to stay again. In fact I would visit Thessaloniki, just to stay in the hotel again!

Very good bar (super cocktails) and restaurant. Staff is very nice and polite. Generally quite. If you have a room with see view, the landscape is amazing. The hotel is on the hill: a little bit of fresh air in the evening when Thessaloniki is boiling.

Some days, parking the car is challenging. In general, altough the hotel is clean, the rooms and the corridors looks outdated and worn: the hotel needs refurbishment.

the hotel is exceptional- a true discovery. beautifully situated above Thessaloniki, with the best possible views, the hotel is a wonderful reminder of a hotel culture that hardly exists anymore. the rooms are tastefully furnished. the dining area is elegant and spacious . the floors are beautifully furnished and the food is first class - a far cry from the sameness that so many Greek restaurants have. breakfast is plentiful with great variety. the staff are highly skilled and both charming and welcoming. the hotel is a hidden treasure . can’t wait to visit again. PS and of course the value for money is exceptional

Easily the best hotel in Thessaloniki! It has the greatest view of the whole city, the greatest breakfast and restaurant, excellent ambient and interior, a free parking and shops in walking distance. Probably the best location too as you are in one of the highest point of the city in the mountain surrounded with woods. But above all they have the best staff, not only professional and with curtesy but full with surprises too. Its a must stay hotel! The Executive Suite is a story for it self I warmly recommend it as its worth every extra penny! Definitely going back again P. S. The mattress was extremely comfy and of highest quality

Comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony. Fairly standard hotel bathroom - shower bath with a curtain so always a bit of water leaking onto the floor. The room was large enough. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A twin bed room should not have two single beds pushed together.

the air conditioning is maybe 20-30 years old, placed on the floor in the room. semi broken the floor could be innovated as well. old carpet. on the balcony there is a leak of water from the other room’s air condition compressor which are placed again on the floor of each one. also while you sit on the Balkony and you have the air condition on, the fan blows on you while you sit and enjoy the view

The place where I would come back over and over again!!! Excellent view from the restaurant that is available all day long, till 23:00. The staff was incredibly kind, and they even gave us a room with direct view on the sea - best value you can get. They even have Japanese speaking staff (日本語でも大丈夫です) Speechless! Efharisto parapoli!

Excellent hotel! Very good breakfast with a vast selection of food. The room was spacious, clean and the coffee machine is very convenient for coffee lovers. Most importantly, the staff deserve all the stars- very helpful and kind souls who take hospitality seriously. Highly recommended!

Professional staff, really friendly and always offering help, well beyond standard, unexpected to our very positive surprise. Clean, no doubt! Wonderful view on Thessaloniki, from the room and from the terrace for breakfast, parking in front of hotel, nice buffet for breakfast, good value fir money.

This hotel is some way from the center of the city but we chose it for the country side feeling. It is located high on the mountain overlooking Thessaloniki and the thermaikos bay. The view is stunning, the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good and the staff attentive and very polite. All in all our stay felt more like at a 5 star hotel. We are very happy with our experience!
