The staff was great and this Hotel has everything you need, especially if you are arriving in Guatemala late at the airport this will be you best option, because you can have a lot of variety of restaurants around and it's also super safe but I love the rooms super comfy and also the designs of the bathrooms everything was perfect, I also used the gym and they have the right equipment for a nice workout, they have one of the best balconies with the view to the hole GT City so everything was perfect, I will stay there again for sure.

Located in one of the nicest and safest areas of Guatemala. Located in a huge shopping center. Close to restaurants, shops and movie theater.
The reception desk is on the sixth floor! Not on the first floor where most hotels have it. The traffic to get to this hotel is terrible. One night there was an event going on at the shopping center and it took over an hour from the entrance to the shopping center to get to the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the location was perfect. Ciudad Cayala is safe with lots of good restaurants and shopping. The staff are all friendly and the views from the upper level are breathtaking.

That they emailed me many times confirming that there would be a airport shuttle even 24 hours before only to find out that for many months they stopped offering this service and this was one of the reasons why I selected this hotel.

Bathrooms are not very private. The bathrooms have farm doors which have a 2inch gap and you can see into the bathroom even if the door is closed.

My Booking.com rate did not included breakfast, next town I would rather decide if I want (or not) to include breakfast.
