Hotel Hart

The Hotel Hart near MTR Tsim sha tsui (Exit N1). It's very easy to go anywhere. The hotel was located a great location, in the center of the district. There are many shopping malls to go to. I went to K11 Musea by walking from the hotel. The room was so clean and lively. The hotel's staff was nice.

The bathroom uses a mirror separate from the bedroom. It's so weird because there aren't certain. If you go with a boyfriend/ girlfriend is OK, but if you go with friends or others is not good.

i can hear people from other room using their toilet. since the hotel nearby to the pub and club, its quite noisy at night. but for us, it doesnt affect our stay. we still can have out beauty sleep. info for others to consider.

I arrived early and received a free early check-in and upgrade to a bigger room. The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke English. The hotel was minimalistic, clean, modern yet cozy. The location was incredible with many shops, restaurants and within minutes from the underground. Wifi signal was mostly good, yet at times a bit slow. The shower had a good water pressure, there was a small fridge and a few English channels available.

I was woken up a couple of times due to the typhoon alarm that went off during the night, it was quite loud. The next morning I asked what happened and apparently the night staff didn't know how to turn it off. They apologized and offered a free late check out. Also housekeeping was talking very loud in the mornings. I also did not have enough space to hang up my clothes or store my suitcase. However it all was okay because I did enjoy my stay!

This hotel SAVED me, when I arrived at another place nearby and it didn't meet my standards.. I found this one, on the day of arrival, and they were so accommodating, got a good last minute deal too on Booking.com. Very clean room, with everything you need. The location is amazing as well, within minutes of the station, shopping and riverside.

Other reviews mention the thin walls and being able to hear sound, pipes etc. I had earplugs and I slept like a baby. It's an old building that they've renovated exceptionally well inside. So not a negative in my opinion, I will be back. Thank you

location is great. right between chatham road south and nathan, so you get to choose between 2 important mrt lines to use. lots of food options nearby, and in a 24/7 part of the city. we have a view! toilet is not as cramped as others we've tried. good bed, very good pillows. Good bathroom amenities with separate body wash, shampoo and conditioner that really conditions (not the all in one head and body type). 3 minutes away from a vgood mall (K-11)

theres free coffee at the lobby, but nothing for the non coffee drinkers.

I enjoyed an extremely good sleep as the bed sheets+pillows+ mattress+bed cover were all perfect. I travel a lot and it is rare to enjoy a perfect sleep, but in this hotel I did. Also all the staff was very charming , friendly, pleasant and always helpful. I been visiting on of off Hong Hong, for the last 20 years, in this hotel I got the best value for money experience, and I would like to thank the staff for making my stay a pleasant one. The TV was good quality and enjoyable to watch, which is something rare in most low costs hotels and hostels of Hong Kong

Hotel staffs were friendly. Property was clean and pretty convenient (about 5mins walk to train station). Bars are located in the area just right under the property. Toiletries are provided (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaver, shampoo, body wash, body lotion). You can leave your luggage at the reception after checkout to shop if required.

It is a bit cramped (you can perhaps open 1-2 luggage and that’s about it. They did not clean the floor during the stay. Would find clumps of hair on the floor.

Staff were very attentive and helpful especially after our flight was cancelled on the day of checkout, location was in a lively area and short walking distance from the metro, avenue of stars (with access to star ferry and fab view of the skyline) and lots of shops/restaurants.

As per other reviews, AC is very loud but with earplugs this wasn't a problem (plus the room was always cool!!). Room was also very small, even after upgrading to the deluxe room but if you pack smart you'll be fine - just be prepared for this - guess it's authentic to HK city experience!!

The room is worth the price, very clean and has some views around the hotel. The room is very clean, the room is quite spacious. Around the hotel is Hong Kong's Tsim Sha Tsui area, near the subway station and there are many bus stops. Traveling to tourist attractions is convenient. The receptionist gave good advice for serving tourists.

What I want to improve is that I should inform the customer that the name on the credit card and the guest must be the same name. I asked my father to book so I had to change it into cash. But it's a very minor problem.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to a lot of places and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR is only 5 mins away. Even though there are a lot of bars around the area, I always felt safe as there are always many people still on the streets. I read reviews about the noises from bars, I didnt occur this problem, maybe the odd 1/2 days (I stayed for 11 nights). Will def book this place again.

The lights in the room were quite dim.
