Taj Falaknuma Palace

it is a palace ! guest is treated like a royal family member. it’s clean, clean and more clean. the services are fantastic & for sure they charge for it. fact is , it is a full leisure time with Royal Services & beautiful location. morning wake up with peacock dancing around , breakfast with a view & amazing service by Aditya. you are welcomed with nizam tradition. A horse chariot brings you to palace property. you are greeted by “Harshita” with a smile which does not required wide angle picture lens. amazing food, chefs are always at their best. Sufi singers performing inside Falaknuma courtyard, they are awesome. so much offered at certain cost because the property also needs regular maintenance which is not cheap. it’s is fabulous !!

The experience was great, knowing about the history and all

While the experience was great, there so little one can do, after the tour there is nothing much left, it gets boring, i wish there were more activities to do apart from the tour and evening songs and the regular gym, spa and pool. I guess you can have a theatrical ambience to show some real movies or documentaries, photo albums, perhaps make it more of a museum type. Things needs to be well preserved at hotel, specially the books. Allow people to explore the library maybe make a digital library to access the books on the shelves.

We had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel during the occasion of my son’s wedding. Everyone we came into contact with, during our 5-night stay, was utterly courteous, kind and helpful. Abdul and the staff at the Adaa restaurant went out of their way to make a dining, celebratory, occasion truly memorable. We praise the hotel manager and his team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. The hotel deserves the 5* rating and we highly recommend it.

Excellent staff

We enjoyed the incredible hospitality of Taj Falaknuma Palace Hotel during a stay in October 2021. The things we appreciated the most were: 1. Excellent reception and send off at the Hyderabad airport led by Mr. Syed 2. Excellent reception at the hotel led by Mr. Gandharv and Mr. Qayyum 3. Great food at the Adaa restaurant led by its Manager Mr. Nasir 4. Very professional transport support by Mr. Rehman 5. A very cosy bar: The Hookah Bar and service by Mr. Shrikant 6. Lovely evening entertainment by the qawwali group 7. A lovely tour of the Palace

All services were exceptional consistent with Taj standards.

Super delicious food and awesome hospitality

Please stop the horse carriage ride,it is animal abuse. I could see the outline of the ribcage on those animals , also they seemed to be kept in a very poor condition and given very less rest as little as an hour every day. It looked like they were starving and quite old too, almost 9 years old. Height of insensitivity! Did not like it even a little bit.We refused to ride on it.Poor creatures!Taj should absolutely put an end to it. Not something you would want to witness at the entrance. Was such a put off.

Property is great, room can be better.Bed was slightly lumpy. Pool area is probably one of the best I have ever seen. Indian food was okay but the Italian food that we had was outstanding. Especially the basil pesto pasta and the risotto!!

The palace is well maintained. The palace tour gives a sense of the European influence in the design. The views of the city from the palace both in day and night time are fascinating. Excellent service is the hallmark of Taj and we experienced this at the property too.

Nothing

One of The great hotels of the world in my opinion. From being met with a carriage and horse, to the warm welcome at reception, it is a real pleasure to stay with the team at this wonderful hotel. I have stayed before and will stay again! just excellent!

the location the view the tranquility, beautifull gardens. The Italian Reataurant was nice but ridiculous enormous portions. Dining outside on the terrasse was extremely nice

The swimming pool was not at all up to scratch very very cold and to small. after a day of sight seeing it would be nice to relax and swim!
