Breakfast spread.. it was awesome. Room service was good as we stayed for four days,we didn't called up once atleast to remind them for changing sheets,it was done ahead of asking only. Restaurant staff was extra ordinary.. meeting up all customers satisfaction ahead. Have to thanks restaurant staff mainly Chef Preethi and her breakfast staff who working too fast without making customer waiting. Location of the hotel is easily accessible to places.

Bed would have been bit big. We took large double bed as we are 3 people 2 adults and one kid, but it's good for 2 people only. Felt bed would have been bit larger.

Orders take a bit longer time to process and be delivered to the room

I stayed at the ibis Kolkata Rajarhat in February'23 and had a great experience. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The colorful wall paintings in the entrance, lobby, and lift area added a fun and cheerful touch to the hotel. The paintings resembles the heritage of Kolkata. There are some lovey workstations at the lobby and a well decorated bar and food hall. Although the food was delicious, it was a bit expensive. However, the location of the hotel more than made up for it, as it is conveniently situated just across from the Axis mall. Additionally, there is a Cafe Coffee Day just a short walk away, perfect for satisfying your coffee cravings.

Everything was perfect. Didn't find anything annoying.

Overall it was good, the price was more as compared to the services, only the view was great because we stayed on the 8th floor. However we stayed for 5 nights, appreciations to everyone at the reception doing their best. Our housekeeper was also very gentle and polite during the stay, he deserves the best position!

There is no minibar in the rooms, bathrooms are small and made up using wood which is very inconvenient, no proper bathrooms in the entire hotel. No swimming pool in the hotel either.

We flew to Kolkata from Dhaka, straight from work. We checked-in at the hotel and was not prepared for the event (wedding reception) in the evening. My husband asked for 2 things only: someone who can help me wear my saree (I'm a foreigner and not used to wearing it), and a nail polish remover. THE STAFF HELPED US WITHOUT ANY HESITATIONS and I even felt bad because I only wore the saree for less than an hour! The next day, we asked them if they can recommend a taxi to rent for a day-tour. They said to Uber because taxi might be more expensive and neither of the 2 options can provide us a tour guide so might as well choose the most practical one. I thought that it was thoughtful and mindful of them to do that. Our overall experience was very good not only because of the facilities but because of the service. I only want to suggest to add more food on the restaurant menu :-) Thanks to the reception staff (I think they would know once they read this message). We will come back soon! Cheers!!! x

Business-like, non nonsense approach to a hotel stay. Everything necessary. Very clean. Some nice decorative touches. Bright and airy. Staff very helpful.

Buffet food at dinner and breakfast was not kept warm properly and I did worry about this enough to mention it on the first day. Not addressed during our four night stay. Restaurant not as spotless as the rest of the hotel - glasses and cutlery need careful checking. Plastic bathrooms do nothing for the ambience. But you get what you pay for, and everything was fully functional and clean. The hotel seems to pride itself on its playlist but personally I do not need electropop everywhere.

IBIS is my fav mid range hotel / biz hotel. I will go back here for sure. Front desk Arpita was super helpful. She is professional, assertive yet helpful. Food quality has increased a lot. Good and clean rooms. But the work desk is missing. It will be a good value.

Restaurant staff - need to pull up the socks or they need additional staff. If you are seated away from the bar counter / towards the glass wall there is no one to attend to you.

Breakfast was elaborate catering to the needs of a diverse culture and all age groups. However, the north indian breakfast section needs improvement in taste. Location was good.

The room floors became damped maybe due to the AC but it caused inconvenience to walk inside the room. Moreover, it took a lot of time, almost 1.5 hrs, to prepare khichdi for my baby. Since we selected the hotel based on good reviews for family travel, it was a disappointment only in this aspect. Expect the staffs to be a little more sensitive towards the needs of children. Having said this, the staff took extra care of the next orders which is well appreciated.

We arrived at the hotel at 11 AM, but the welcoming woman at the desk was impolite, and we had to wait two hours to get our room even though we had specified the time when we booked it. At last a gentle guy who coperated us once I switched her. However; Hotel is Excellent and more than my expection thats why it was not impacted at all :)

it was close to the airport.

Front office staff should be more friendlier and should give attention to an incoming guest. No greetings… The guy who did the check in was on a call before attending to us and also when attending was busy on phone when there was another staff doing nothing. Especially after a flight from overseas, wanted to get to the room as early as possible. Strangely, they do not offer baggage collection on check out and informs only at the time of request. (very first time I experienced 😒)
