The location and A receptionist called Mr.pankaj Roy kapoor is very friendly , helpful with a kind gesture with a warm smile. He was indeed very respectful to the hotel guests and co operated with me all my enquiries and my requests which is exactly opposite to the other receptionist named Mr.Manoj . I would like to appreciate Mr. Pankaj Roy kapur for his excellent hospitality and great attitude.

not allowing the guests inside the room by one of the staff names Manoj ( receptionist) even though I have given the local ids of my lady relatives and they belong to the Respected families and Mr. Manoj disrespected me in front of my family relative guests as he asked for their ids then said that they are not allowed to go in the room even for 10 minutes and he said all this in an aggressive manner with an angry, grim and long face. I have told him that this is not the way he should treat the hotel guests and even if there are some rules he should tell this with a smile on his face. even after I told all this , he was still talking to me in a mocking behavior.

Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and fast service. Meals were very tasty. Dinner has option for A la carte and buffets and room service. There are also two nearby shopping malls. They packed a breakfast box for the day we departed early.

Nothing really of significance, Bed a bit too soft for us and hotel is in a wedding district so it can get a bit noisy, exclellent if you are attending a wedding but it was manageable.

Hotel was superb. Room was very spacious and beautiful 🤩 Reception guys was really great . and main thing food of this hotel in restaurant were so amazing 🤩 best Indian food you can get ever over there. Room was more then expectation. Will be great in this price if you add breakfast and pool facilities.

The location is bit far and odd areas. we was in Kalkaji and to go there most of the driver was denied our request around 9:00 pm . and at least 5-6 drivers first accept our order for the ride and in the end they all declined just because it’s a bit far location . in the end we came with last metro and later by walk to our restaurant at night 12:00 after waiting 3 hours for Uber . very poor for service for UBER as well. hate this app and hate this car service in Delhi. .

The facility is managed by young, able, professional guys, specially I would mention Mr. Pankaj. Very helpful and understanding. Highly impressive from the beginning. Keeps international standards in customer service. Very prompt in response. Even they sent a vehicle free of charge to the airport to pick us up. What else can we expect. Great place at very affordable price. The room service was highly appreciable.

Loved the 2 days I stayed there I would really like to appreciate the staff and services of the hotel i would like to mention Anjali & dilip from front office team who connected with me very well & guide me everything near by the local markets and malls it was a nice stay

It was Excellent stay Thanks to Anjali at front desk she giving me a early C/in & Assit me everything regarding the Local markets about hotel everything Food is good room is also good everything is perfect I come again .

Dileep checked us in at 2am and was very pleasant. The security guard was very efficient and checked us in and checked out luggage and made sure we felt safe. We had a lovely breakfast. Very pleased with our stay.

Staff was very good Smooth Check in /Check out Tilak(bell boy ) very helpful and he provides all the thing which I need during our stay Thank you tilak 👍🏻😊

The rooms were clean and adequately furnished.

Seems the TV had no off switch. It was annoying.Also the water coming out of taps were reddish in colour. Had informed Mr Manoj at help desk about both.

Amazing stay at Park Plaza Delhi. Rooms are clean and specious. Staff is courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Tilak, priyanka, Dileep and Raqib.
