Front desk and momo cafe service staff are excellent as usual. Room was clean and spacious.

First night, there was hourly outages in the room and the floor lights will come on when power came back. Due to this, woke up at 2am and could no longer sleep. Complained to the front desk... It was fine second and 3rd night. There should be a non slip mat in the bathroom cubicle as it's marble flooring and it's very slippery during shower. One can easily fall and get hurt.

The duty manager Mr. Tejas Bhagwat is so much helpful that he guided me to book local train ticket and give useful & practical advice on my long-distance business trip in various Indian cities. another duty manager also helped me to call the doctor to check my condition. overall the staff of the hotel is much more valuable than the hardware.

breakfast don't have enough choices for the non-local residents.

Buffet options for breakfast ad dinner were great. Check-in and check-out experience was fast. The staff was helpful and our interactions with them were pleasant. The property, though small is well maintained. The spa session was brilliant, highly recommend it. High tea was a nice surprise.

BCCI team was staying at this hotel at the same time as us. Elevators were slow and reserved for these guests which resulted in a longer wait time to get to our floor. The pool area was limited to use as well since was reserved for those guests. This whole restricted hours/access deal was annoying. The toilet in our room did not flush well.

Property was great - lovely space for night walk. Very well maintained. Loved the roses on the property. Landscaping, park-benches, large parking.Lobby was good. People were extra sweet and kind. Loved the chefs who gave kachori and fish as extra. Wow moment as we were offered packed sandwiches for travel and cake cutting !

That it was let out for marriage. Just spoils everything. Too many people in lobby, toilet etc. But worse was I choose for spa and spa was full-short staff. This was because marriage crowd. During marriage should be closed for common public-or indication should be given. Didn't expect it of Marriotte (Courtyard ?)One more issue was my room was double and all things were for single occupancy. Of course things were provided.MOMOs cafe I thought served momos-my mistake ?

The facilities were good (fitness center open in 24hrs, swimming pool), the staff is very friendly and the breakfast offers both european and local cousine. The location is a good area, safe and there is a mall, groceries etc. nearby. In short, it is a great stay for business travellers.

The check-in / check-out procedure is still a bit slow, but no big problem. Everything else is good.

Their hospitality began from the time we stepped into the property. Mr Ashish of front office gave us a very warm welcome and even a loving farewell. We were upgraded to Executive room. Every staff member tried their best of courtesy including the gym trainer. The efforts were visible. We Loved puran-pohli prepared by Chef Umed and French Toast..

The services were excellent specifically by both the Shravani's working in the food section, They were incredible with the services along with other staff as well. Along the reception staff were very polite and helpful

The only issue was I had booked for King size bedroom but got the twin bedroom. As we had kid with us so was a bit of difficulty. Overall the service was top-notch.

The breakfast was good and decent variety. The Chefs during the breakfast were very kind.

The staff seems to be more attentive around foreigners which I find funny.

Cleaning of the light fittings and other corners. The hotel should collaborate more with providers of cars that guests can hire a car and driver that is recommended and trusted by the hotel
