ibis Styles Bandung Grand Central

It's a nice, modern hotel. Good breakfast. Good value for price. Pleasant staff.

Elevator system is a disaster. Not enough elevators for full occupancy of hotel. Often had to wait 10-15 minutes to get an elevator. I ended up using the emergency stairs to get up to and down from my room. My room was on the 10th Floor, so it was quite a hike. But the climb was good exercise and better than standing for long periods of time doing nothing, waiting for an elevator to arrive.

I asked greetings card, they wrote on the mirror and that's amazing, my daughter love it so much. the room very clean and has a wonderful view. Plus they have bolster, bean bag and cute monkey doll. Thank you for welcoming traditional snacks. Location so strategic, easy to find street food and using Bandros to travel around city

The breakfast menu kind of boring and tasteless, my favorite was egg station and pastry only.

I visit Bandung quite often and most of the time I choose to stay in this hotel. Thank you for keeping up the good work in maintain the cleanliness. The water drainage is very good. The spacious parking lot also what we like most. The hotel has specific spot/table to accept food or package delivery. The location is very strategic, nearby Gasibu and many Bandung culinary destination.

the room was very neat, the interior was joyful, hairdryer and mini fridge available and well function. I love that they gave us 2 keys, so we can keep the chiller on while leaving the room (hotel nowadays mostly only give us 1 key). Breakfast was standard but deliciously cooked. Shoutout to all the staff, all of them were very nice, thoughtful and quick response. it was 5⭐️ for customer service, room and location.

no pool, but kids play area is available.

Hotel is good location and the room is nice and cute with more facility while staying due to I travel for meeting. The staffs are good communication and well service. I was happy and plan to stay there again but I would recommenced the property to offer more discount to client frequently if possible. Thanks

I am ok with hotel service but they come to knock door quite early, I would recommence to come after 9:30 AM

Very nice hotel, much better than the Ibis that are located in Europe. Nice large rooms, very nice room to the nearby park. The public areas were spacious and nice, rich breakfast with many choices including local and international cuisine .

The hotel is in a complex with another hotel and areas with reastaurants and shops and it is kind of complicated to navigate.

I like the room, clean and has boolster. The bathroom also separate from the toilet and each has doors. Room facilities also good. Nice electric kettle and glass, colourful. Has an extra pillow in the top near door. Room view also good. I can see gedung sate and mountain from the big glass. Next to hotel there are gastro market with standard price and yummy food. I like the batagor and mie kocok. Parking area also big even there are full and has a wedding ceremony but guest still get parking. Staff also helpful, nice and kind. Security also kind and helpful. Next I will stay here again when go to Bandung.

I cannot find anything I didn't like. Maybe the food at gastro market can be more variance.

Everything is 1000 times better here in this hotel. Hospitality, excellent service, fast response and nice room also experience that they offer are just perfect. I would love to say thank you to House keeping team and Rey, Yogi, Rizky, Wandaka and Iqbal for the treat and cake upon my arrivals, my graduation moment was perfect bcos of you team! Good Job! Every staff here are really just that amazing! ❤️❤️

The staffs were excellent.. the receptionist, housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was nice, comfy bed, nice amenities in the bathroom, good selection of tea at minibar, the lighting in the room. I dont know maybe because the hotel is new so the service was superb.. hopefully they maintain their good service. Overall we have pleasant stay.

Access to lobby, since the lobby itself was not ready yet, so we had to go via pullman's lobby which took a bit far.. even though but we didnt really mind

All towels in the first day had very bad smell, like bad sweat odor smell 🤢, maybe because it was not properly dried out.. but in the second and third day the towels are fine.. We also had the difficulty in finding the location of the hotel in the first place. We following the google map but when we arrived, we only see pullman hotel, so we have to take another round and asking some people to finally find out that pullman hotel and Ibis Styles hotel is in the same location, side by side 😅
