Staff were very friendly & helpful .

Breakfast, bring back the buffet breakfast or we may try another hotel in the future which would be disappointing after staying here or Green Garden many many times. Also disappointed with no airport transport although the taxi was okay

Stayed in the ground floor family room. Staff here are amazing. The pool is large, deep on one end and a kid's section in the other. Rooms are spacious and clean. Conveniently situated between Lippo and Discovery shopping centres be within walking distance to surf beach.

You can hear faint noises upstairs late at night from people moving around? Not sure what it could be but don't seem to notice during the day.

Comfortable, clean, cleaning staff very friendly, well maintained grounds, fabulous pools, great food service at pool, food from restaurant good quality and reasonably priced. Good value accommodation in an excellent location(5 min walk to Kartika Place and Lippo Mall), lots of shops and restaurants within a minutes walk.

Miss the breakfast buffet-please bring it back!

the open feel of it. gardens wrapped around the pool area, friendly amazing staff, the spa is fabulous too. the rooms have a lounge sofa for sitting on, lots of shelf space too and roomy. LOVED Febris. I was in a back room near the second pool. so quiet and lush gardens. Highly recommend this place. There is a supermarket at Lippo mall which is about four minutes walk, they have nightly bands and restaurants at Lippomall too. You have to walk about 20 minutes to kuta beach.

The food is excellent, the family room was roomy with a bath, nearly the best beds & pillows i have ever come across. Large family fridge.There are a lot of areas for kids to play outside the room if on the bottom floor. Playground & pool were huge, but cold. We enjoyed our time.

The location. 1st time staying in Kuta. We personally prefer Legian. But the hotel was excellent. The wifi was not great down the back of the hotel. Luckily, we had purchased a sim with data upon arrival. We.coykd could hear children running up and down corridors upstairs through the roof.

The pool was nice, and the room service was also a pretty good price. They always let us know if there were any delays with our food for room service. The massages there are amazing! I loved them so much and had multiple during our stay.

I think the bathroom was a bit of a letdown as it didn't seem like the one I thought I had booked. The room location seemed to be the only difference between the normal and deluxe rooms. Our friend's room was almost exactly the same, just a tiny bit smaller than ours. So I was expecting a little better since we paid extra for it, but it was still a good room, clean, and the bathroom was fine.

Up until Covid where we couldn’t travel we have stayed at Febris every year. It is a wonderful hotel in which we consider our second home. The facilities are fantastic, the gardens are beautiful and incredibly maintained (your gardener is amazing), it is impeccably clean and the staff are absolutely amazing! I would like to mention certain staff, Darma, Denini and Angga who made this trip so special! I hope management and the owners know how incredible these three are! They are truly a credit to your hotel and a huge reason why we return! Their service and professionalism was second to none and we can’t wait to see them again! Thank you so much for everything you did for us and the smiles everyday! Can’t wait to come back later this year!!

That we had to leave

it wasnt explained to us the different options for breakfast , you were very rushed to order your breakfast now as per when there was a buffet . The buffet breakfast was definitely more enjoyable and more like a holiday treat than ordering of the menu as per the egg station you used to have . The pool area is in need of shade we had two babies who could not access the pool for many hours during the day due to no shade . I didn't see this time also any option for service around the pool which is needed as there is no bar at the pool. not as good experience at the hotel as in the past . Sadly due to things like the shade and being unable to cross the road with prams Febris was good but we wont be booking again unless we are not taking the children or elderly family with us .

Breakfast buffet back not so rushed to quickly order or order the day before definitely some shade over part of the pool esp. the kiddie area service at the pool again ... putting in a temp bar area there near the playground or something employee out the front to support people who have elderly and children to get across the road

We stay here every time we visit Bali. The staff really make an effort to get to know you and make you feel at home. It was my daughter’s 21st birthday and they left a beautiful birthday note with the arranged the towels on her bed. It’s the small things that count. The location is fantastic with Discovery mall close by, the beach, the Lippo mall, Waterbom park just a few minutes walk. It is also very cheap. The rooms are clean and spacious. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Best Satay chicken. It’s a must have! Spa ladies are wonderful too.

If possible, please bring back the buffet breakfast.

We stayed at Febris esp for the spa treatments after travelling a long way to get to Bali. our first day there we had the 5 hour spa package and it was absolutely outstanding. Such a great way to relax and unwind. Every day of our stay we had some kind of treatment or massage and the girls are amazing- the oils they use make your skin so good. The hotel is lovely and clean and the rooms are great. The food is also really good.
