The room had a fridge and bottle opener. 24 hour security for a busy street. Good sized room with reliable WiFi. Plenty places nearby to grab a drink and talk to fellow travelers.

The location. There is a lot of pressure walking on this street from people offering lifts on bikes, cars and vans, pressure from a lot of massage parlours and what I later found to be a 'red light district' type of place. No to mention people asking you if you want medicine, cocaine or weed. As a solo traveler, it was took from the stay at the hotel unfortunately.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly.

Lack of communication between hotel and booking agent. Eg. I requested a twin beds and was given a double bed and as the hotel was booked out had to share a double bed on the first night. I PAID for breakfast but that was not recorded, however the staff management kindly agreed to supply breakfast.

It is a great central location, about a 10 min walk to the Beach Walk Mall, lots of good little restaurants surrounding, the staff are very accommodating and friendly and a very amazing day spa within the hotel

The toilet in my room wouldn't flush even after I had staff come and fix

The property was fantastic if you’re seeking somewhere centre of Kuta and somewhere simple just to sleep. Everything was in walking distance and arranging transport was incredibly easy. The breaky buffet was great with a variety of cuisines. House service was good and the general room was comfortable too, with perfectly working air conditioning

If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend this property as you can hear the music of nightclubs around.

Bed was comfy, air con was great, had a fridge, pool was fantastic and food/drink options really good. Location cluse to lots of popular things including Poppies lane, mall, shops, restaurants and beach. The staff were fantastic and helpful.

The room was quite dark and would benefit from better lighting and had a damp smell which was noticeable each time you came into the room.

Beautiful vibrant Lobby area, comfortable bed, Location is prime as its close on Legian main street for shopping, spas and night life

Limited variety for dinner menu, some menus were out of stock at time of ordering Loud noise from hallway can be heard inside of room, room walls could be better with a lil touch up with paint to freshen up the looks.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming and the room was really clean and comfortable. very lovely bed and bathroom and good security. Breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice and clean and a delight to swim in.

Staff excellent. Room always looked after, stocked and cleaned. Breakfast very good value. Swimming pool very clean. Central location. Lifts worked quickly. 60 tv channels. Wifi excellent. Restaurant good prices. Security guards very polite and pleasant.

Located on the Main strip of Legian and close to shops, bars, tattoo shops, ice bar. 30min to Atlas via grab scooter. Staff were very friendly. Room was small but that’s all we needed for 1 night.

Needs to have more options on the room service menu.

excellent central location near the poppies lanes and the sari club memorial. everything you could want within a short walk. shopping, massages, nightclubs, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. nice, clean, large, modern establishment with all the mod-cons. good breakfast.
