Harper Kuta Hotel by ASTON

Nice clean hotel. Close proximity to beach, mall, restuarants and bars. Super Deluxe Rooms were nice size, very clean, fast wi-fi, working a/c. I felt comfortable enough to leave my belongings out (phone, laptop, wallet, passport...) not locked away in my suitcase or the safe and didn't have any issues when the daily cleaning crew came through to make up my room. Nice size clean pool with deck and seating located right beside the resturant wich was convenient for ordering food and drinks. Super efficient same day laundry service clothes came back smelling really good, pressed and folded for a decent price. Definitely add breakfast to your booking, one of the best hotel breakfast's I've had in Bali. The best thing we experienced at Harper would have to be the service. The customer service here was on point. From the front desk to the resturant to the cleaning crew and transport. Shout out to Angar and Agung from the resturant and Wayan and Ketut (small) in transport for their outstanding customer service.

I have only 1 negative thing to say about Harper and its those damn elevators. Could do with some much needed mechanical maintenance. We got stuck a number of times with the power cutting out and just had to stand there and hope it kicks back in. First time was not a laughing matter. Lol.

The location was a good location in Kuta that was convenient to most things like restaurants and markets. The value was also very good. Our room was a superior twin room and was very clean. The hotel provided drinking water fountains in the lobby and hallways so you can refill your water bottles which was a bonus. The buffet breakfast was also decent and they varied some dishes each day which is good. We got a room at the back of the building away from the night club and main road noises so it was quiet.

We didn't swim in the pool because it was overlooked by most of the rooms and the restaurant, so there isn't much privacy and it wasn't the nicest surroundings either. The air freshener in the lift was too strong and gave us a headache each time we got in. Could be quite noisy during the night if your room is near the front of the building. The A/C in our room broke twice but the maintenance team were very responsive in fixing it.

Breakfast was ok but the pastries were not fresh and crisp on any morning The staff were always helpful and our room cleaned well each day but needed to pay for our full 10 night plus stay on arrival thought we had 3 days to pay the bank was closed for money changing on arrival this was not what we had expected Paid for the first night on master card Australian dollars then paid cash for the remainder of the stay the following day

The bacon wast not the quality that we have in Australia missed it at breakfast

Location definitely the best. Close to shops, restaurants & bars. night life is good for those in favour. the street still relatively busy even after midnights. So, you won't miss out. Room is clean and room space is reasonably good size. bed is comfortable and the air con is really good to cool you down. Staffs are very friendly and always willing to help. Food option for breakfast is average. its delicious but not many selection. good enough if you are staying short term. anymore than that, you will find it boring.

The nightlife surrounding the area might feel a bit to much if you are staying with young family. The room soundproof is good eventhough you can still hear the bass sound inside the lobby. but none of that in your room You can find drunk people sometime walking randomly in the street. so this hotel maybe not suitable with family with young children Laundry a bit pricey. but there are local laundries at the back of the hotel with definitely cheaper option. through the hotel back door at Gg Sorga.

- very friendly and professional staff. We had a lot of nice smalltalk with Dewi, who was very kind and always gave us the feeling to be welcome. - very nice pool with decent background music - good breakfast - spacious room with bath en suite

- Due to the location (nightclubs on the main street) it can be noisy at night. But that’s not the fault of the Hotel - some places in the hotel are a bit outdated and need some renovations (e.g. some loose tiles in the pool)

Very comfortable! Rooms are lovely and modern. Staff were helpful and accommodating. It’s down a road off the main road so we were worried about the noise but the room we were in was very quiet and noise free! The shower was amazingly strong. House keeping came swiftly and we got our laundry done here which was packaged beautifully and smelt amazing.

The air con in our room could have been better but it worked and was manageable.

Firstly, the hotel was very good. One of the best in Kuta. We booked the pool access room and it was lovely. Had a large balcony with glass fittings. Clean room and nice interiors and comfortable bed. We've added an additional bed for our child.. but still we had lot of space. The location of the hotel was strategic. Close by shopping places, restaurants and 10 mins walk to Kuta Beach. Breakfast was nice.

Buffet breakfast is delicious for only $105000 for two people. Staff are extremely nice they go above and beyond and treat you like royalty, always greet with a smile. Beds are comfortable and hotel rooms is clean and up to date. Pool and spa is very clean and relaxing. Can not fault this hotel at all. Will recommend to family and friends, and definitely will be staying here when we come back. Well done Harper A++++++

Staff was excellent n knowledgeable when making inquiries especially Mr Putra at Front Desk. Food was good at Rustic Clean room and amenities were just adequate for our stay there. We utilized 2 days at the Spa and the Therapist was excellent and service provided would surely bring us back again for a visit

Music sounds from nearby clubs could be heard from our room maybe if got budget could sound proof the rooms nearby to the road

The location was great, with a lot of shops and clubs and also restaurants. You can walk around. Scooter rental nowadays was crazy high though. Overall I like the location. The buffet breakfast is nice too and the room is spacious for the family room type.

Toiletries items are not reimbursed every day so you have to ask for them daily. It would be great if they provide the mineral water in every room every day instead of going outside to get the water at the dispenser.
