Atria Hotel Malang

The staff is very friendly and the hotel itself has everything what is to expect from a luxury hotel. They have an inhouse restaurant, spa and pool outside. The room was equipped with a dental kit, shower gel and shampoo. The view was nice, since you see the pool in blue light and behind the roofs of Malang (we were located in the 5th floor).

The bathroom was not super clean, as there was just a little mold in the shower. The pool looked nice, but it was quiet old and not good maintained.

The breakfast was good enough but it could be different menu for some couple of days. We stayed for 23 days so we had to eat the same menu everyday :)

The fridge in the room was not clean, the ice in the freezing compartment has never been defrosted and when we asked to clean the room they just made up the bed but did not clean the floor.

Breakfast was superb with many traditional Indonesian dishes and staffs also were very friendly. They did cleaning everyday and replaced bedsheets, towels etc. Fast track food delivery option to the room was superb with delicious food choices. I would love to stay here again!

Nothing I can think of at the moment. Everything was smooth and no mess.

Nice swimming pool. Comfortable bed, spacious room and great shower. Staff was also very helpful. We had to leave early in the morning and they made us a breakfast box to take with us and even considered allergies.

Location bit far out of town.

I like almost everything, this is my fourth or fifth times staying in atria I love the hotel except the pool. Breakfast is the highlight lots of variety Asian and western. The bed very comfy the staff very friendly and polite.

- overpriced laundry service. - location a bit far out of central area and on a busy street. - Breakfast lacked some variety for non-Indonesian food varieties and could have had more fruit.

i asked the staff to kindly check my room because the air conditioning was not run very well. they said they already sent a technician to fix it, but sadly my room is still hot.

Great breakfast!

The deposit with European credit cards doesn't work and then you have to pay straight away what you order , quite annoying. Please fix this.
