Great hotel staff, especially the three girls on the front desk, always willing to help re bookings & transport. Great pool with both shady and sunny spots throughout the day. Quiet location., 8 minutes walk from beach. Great grounds, well kept by a great team. Easy 800 metre walk to group of restarants and shops. Closer to beach front restarants and Warungs. Supermarket a bit further on. $3 Au bluebird to top of Sanur with plenty of available cabs. Rooms spacious and well appointed room with suitcase benches, wardrobe and side tables to put all your stuff on and away.

Linen, although clean needs a refresh. Safe would give peace of mind for valuables.

The staff were very pleasant in this accommodation. The receptionist was very helpful and the check-in was very efficient. The room was good with a huge bathroom and good shower.

The included breakfast was poor with a choice of juice or coffee rather than providing juice and coffee. The hotel does not supply coffee or shampoo in the rooms. The biggest thing that could improve this accommodation would be to install perspex over the open area in the bathroom. The bathroom is good but some might be put off by the fact 25% of the ceiling area is open to the elements.

Lovely, comfortable hotel with a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant on the property. We loved our stay – large room and bathroom; perfect for one night between other destinations.

We stayed in rooms upstairs. If privacy is important to you then you will prefer to have a room upstairs, as the ones downstairs have lovely big glass windows but, it seems, no privacy curtains.

The rooms were very clean, and the aircon was so nice and cold! Loved the pool area, although small, it was always a lovely temperature, and partly in the shade most times, which really suited our family. There was always recliner chairs available poolside, and the restaurant was steps away, meaning you could order food and drinks easily. We loved the fish in the ponds lining the pathways to the rooms (it was one of our highlights, seeing them on our walks back and forth). We also loved the helpful reception, waiters at the restaurant, and room attendants. They were always available for questions, and were amazing at sorting out any issue. We truly loved the staff, and our baby was so happy to babble at everyone, and play with the staff. We were able to hire bikes with a baby seat through the staff, and this helped us get around. Everything is pretty close to the accommodation, maybe a 10min walk to the beachside, or 5 min ride.

The open air bathroom was beautiful, although it was tricky if you needed to use overnight. Mosquito's tended to bite from sundown, so we got lots of bites from just using the toilet overnight. Not a big issue, just something to be aware of. Also there are stairs to get down to the main accomadation and restaurant from street level, again, not a big issue, but tricky with a pram, or for those who struggle with stairs.

The grounds are beautiful. Beds are comfortable and rooms are large.

I loved my stay. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to assist. For example, I asked where I could buy fresh mangoes and Ibu Linda bought them for me! She wouldn't even let me pay her for them or her time. Breakfast was good. I loved being in a quiet part of Sanur. I could easily order a Grab to go anywhere or walk. I would stay again.

I wish the restaurant had more vegetarian options because they only have two items, vegan pho or vegan bahn mi. They were good but no one wants to eat that every day for lunch and dinner. I ordered takeout or ate out.

The staff were amazing such lovely people. The room was good and the pool was also amazing. It was a little further away from warungs and shops than i had hoped but it would have been great if you rode a bike. I asked for a downstairs room because I use a walking stick and then discovered that I couldn't leave without having to go up and down 2 flights of stairs. That was disappointing and painful and I would have appreciated knowing about the stairs beforehand. A lovely warm atmosphere.

The stairs. A little too far away from things for me to walk to places. Taxis were often reluctant to drive up the drive way. If you are young fit and healthy that would not be a problem.

It is a quiet and really nicely decorated hotel. You have a beautiful view on trees with flowers and hear the birds. It is a very nice place to relax. The pool is fresh and relaxing to swim in. (Not so deep ). We loved the lemon ice tea, the vietnamese coffee. The massage offered by Parvati is the best we had in Indonesia we really enjoyed! In general all the staff is really friendly and working/ cleaning conscientiously! It felt so nice here that I was wishing to stay here all day - eventhough I normally don’t just stay in hotels and rather go on adventure outside.
