Hotel Ciputra Semarang managed by Swiss-Belhotel International

The breakfast buffet variety was great. Room service was very affordable, and the portions were big and tasty. The laundry service was affordable, which is very helpful for our kids' clothes. We like that the mall is attached to the hotel, with easy access.

The bathroom's shower head is fixed on the wall and the water flow very strong (difficult to adjust), so we had daily baths instead of showers. The bins didn't have liners, so we reused our shopping plastic bags to line the bins to keep it more hygienic. The bath towels were changed daily, but we had to keep requesting for additional towels for our kids the first two days, then we stopped bothering to do so and just shared towels with our kids.

Easy mall access, good maintenance of building and elevators. Good customer service, the reception let us change rooms on the 2nd day to let us be closer to our children and grandchildren, as soon as a room on the same floor became available.

Our mini fridge was not working well, but everything else was in working order.

Top hotel, professional staff, nice and comfortable room for a acceptable price.

Even the Ciputra bakery is the best in Semarang, 1 minus point, the bread on the breakfast was not fresh but from the day before. Specially the french bread was hard.

The breakfast spread was very good.Need more attention to replenish the food as in many occasion some food ie salad, fruits are not replenished.This morning the porridge is not hot.

More attention to focus on the food replenishment.

Very crowded breakfast, not good soundproof, access to the hotel full with ojol, old bathrooms facilities

All is good, nice buffet breakfast. Although a little bit of signs getting old. Bathtubs throw out and a nice shower is better. Chairs in restaurant very uncomfortable, worn out so one sitting almost on the floor, even me at 185 cm tall feel not comfy with so low chair. But good enough for us to stay there always..

For old people it is very hard and dangerous to get in and out of the bathtub. It can slip and fall. No railing in the bathtub Instead of powder creamery I prefer to have carton liquid milk for coffee

Having to have cash for room service. The executive lounge was closed for renovations but no renovations obvious. in progress. Happy hour downstairs in the only bar space instead of the lounge as paid for.

Often stay at Ciputra and it is good. The best is the location and nice staff.

This time room 814 smelled very bad from toilet, the bathtub with or without the bath tub mat is very slippery, very scary to shower, connecting door and very noisy w crying kids and coughing at night. Breakfast very poor 3 days and not even once did we meet another guest in corridor or elevator. Felt we got a downgrade instead of an upgrade i asked for at check in as the hotel was very empty. We be back but need a room with shower only...
