The accommodation and service provided beyond my expectation. The building was under minor renovation during my stay so its slightly uncomfortable to swim nonetheless their customer service was excellent from front desk to room service to accommodate your request although there was a language barrier. thank you for your warm welcome and helpful assistance in providing universal adapter, suggesting places to go hangout and buying stuff, and booking a grab. will definitely coming here again in the future ;)

The room is spacious! They upgraded our room free of charge, which is amazing. Quick check in service and friendly staffs as well. Location is strategic, within walking distance there are shops, restaurants and Simpang Lima - a landmark of Semarang.

Nothing, really. Although parking space is a bit limited but it is sufficient.

Hot and cold water faucet - looks good but a bit troublesome, need to adjust to get proper temperature Slippers were not clean enough

Shower taps didnt work (twice during our stay), but the engineer staff is quick to respond even though at night. Maybe the tap needs renewal or bathroom updated? But, salute to the quick responding staff.

Everything else we love except for the shower taps. Beautiful city view (we got a room with big glass windows on one side of wall). Delicious breakfast. Clean room and bathroom. Clean wrapped towels. Spacious non smoking room Comfy beds and clean sheets. Wonderful swimming pool. Wonderful friendly staffs.

The friendliness of all the staff. Especially the lobby. thank you very much.

A lot of noise at night from other rooms when customers move the chairs especially at night between 4am and 6am...

Missing hairdryer Hot/cold shower does not work smoothly

The prices were worth it, the hotel is located in a strategic area of the city

One of the hand shower tools was inactive but it wasn't a big matter,

When my family wants to borrow hair drier, they have to wait for 1hour!

Room is neat & clean. Near the big mosque and bergota as the main destination before ramadhan

Breakfast not like usual. Not feel free to eat and social distancing not maximal becouse of it. Bath room light not bright

Staff was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. They also helped arrange movie tickets for us.
