Hotel Santika Premiere Bintaro

The breakfast buffet was amazing, there were a lot of food selections and they were delicious. The location of the hotel is in the central of Bintaro and in front of RS Bintaro Premiere which was our main aim to visit and stay. There is an infinity pool but rather small.

The TV channels are sometimes not stable, maybe can change the provider. There was no staff at the pool area so we couldn't get the pool towels, maybe need to make sure for someone to be there.

a lot of choices for food, either in room services or breakfast. taste good. room is spacious for family of 4 with 2 tods, comfort blanketing, and clean.

we had to wait 45 min late from the scheduled check in (2 pm). I think it is because they're understaffed and weren't prepared for surge in guest arrivals at that time. better to give solution immediately.

Convenience location for Bintaro area

Limited parking space, stayed 2 nights with both nights having a wedding reception, hotel guests could not get parking inside, late night have to go down to park the car inside the hotel premises

Breakfast is excellent. AC in the room is consistent be it day or night. Unlike some hotels the AC is like sauna at night even you put as high fan and at 21°C. Helpful and friendly staffs

If there is portable shower head rather then a fix shower.

The room was clean, well organized, beautiful. The breakfast you served were amazing.

I somehow had a little problem with the Wi-Fi.Maybe it was just my phone.

The Hotel is at the heart of Bintaro where we can easily doing jogging on the main road. Roof top pool giving excellent view of people on the street. While i like photography, i easily go in front of the hotel and take some cycling people. Ajeng the front office was very kind and helpful. She recognize ppl easily though i was wearing mask & hat.

I was staying in 1131, but no bell for the room. Nowadays hotels usually have buttons for : dont interupt, need make room & room-bell.

Friendly staff. Easy to check in and out and great location overall. Spacious room with complementary water.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however, one of the pillows was lumpy.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were very polite, great customer service overall.

The swimming pool, very isolated and narrow.

I like the food and the services from hotel's staff. the food are nice and divers, the staff is well services.

I once thought that the room is soundproof. then I turn out that it wasn't really soundproof. I still can hear people talking from outside their rooms.

I was here for a late night check in, the staffs make the check in process quickly as I about to fell asleep. Nice breakfast buffet for this price point Location close to trans snow world
