Aria Villas Ubud

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge and very comfortable bed. Waking up and looking over the lawn and pool was a wonderful start to the day.

We would have liked a chest of drawers to unpack some of our smaller items of clothes into. The staff provided us extra clothes hangers for the wardrobe which was ample in size for us. A lamp near the lounge suite (rather than just overhead lighting) would be a useful addition. A little more external lighting in the villa itself would be great... The stairs from our gate up to the lawn do have little lights, however, they weren't bright enough for us. A light over the door to make it easier to see the lock on the door would be great. When entering the villa at night we very easily made do with the torch on our phones.

Communication in advance of our arrival welcoming us to the Villa. Met staff face to face to collect the keys. Exceptionally friendly team. Breakfast was limited ala carte and but had reasonable choices for three days stay. Massage booked through the Villa was excellent. Pool was reasonable size and was clean. Tia, Desi were very friendly. everyone who delivered breakfast to cleaning the room were very friendly. Location was about 15 minutes to Ubud town, a gentle stroll along the side road, Relaxing and clean. place. Loved the idea of open air bathroom and shower. Pool was nice and warm.

We were in Villa 2 which lacked a bit of privacy. Could have been allocated other villas which looked a bit more secluded. Massage was a bit on high side comparing it to other Spas around 3 minutes walk from the villa

Overall this was an amazing stay. The hospitality was astounding. From the moment of booking to the minute we arrived. The staff were always responsive and provided us with transportation, extra towels, food recommendations. If I had an issue they didn’t hesitate to call or text me on the what’s up app. When I couldn’t figure something out they came to the room to help. Breakfast was amazing both Western and Balinese. It was worth adding to the package. I would recommend this villa! Oh yea add massages and the flower pool to your stay you won’t forget it!

Wish they served dinner but they made sure to give you recommendations to other places

I seldom write reviews, but my experience at Aria Villas was so exceptional I feel compelled to! Firstly, the villa looks exactly like on the photos - the private pool & garden are beautiful, the villa itself is modern, clean and spacious (it was myself & 2 children aged 7&9, but we could easily have been another adult there) and the outdoor shower and bath were stunning. The breakfast was huge and delicious - ordered the evening before, and delivered to the villa at exactly the agreed time. The location is great too - just a 10min walk to the main area of Ubud. The road leading to the villa has no pavements and holes everywhere, so I would be careful with a pram or elderly, but my 2 children and I managed fine. What really made the stay was the staff! They were so accommodating with arranging excursions, transportation, suggesting activities and places to eat (ALL their recommendations were spot on). I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you so much for making our stay perfect!

Nothing really, but if you want 24/7 room service and/or lunch & dinner service, this place does not provide it. None the less, plenty of places to eat nearby and you can also get Grab delivery.

It is modern, beautiful and reasonably clean (given its a villa one must expect some insects, etc) and comfortable. All three rooms are air-conditioned. The outdoor dining area is airy and comfortable and we spent many happy hours dining and gathering there. The villa serves a good and generous spread of healthy breakfast. The pancakes are fluffy and yummy. And so are the granola and overnight oat. we find the western breakfast better than the local dishes. The villa is within walking distance to the hub and is safe and secure. The service crew is amazing. Super prompt to respond and we like the ability to communicate with them via watsapp wherever we are!

The master bedroom is large and spacious but the two remaining rooms are pretty small with limited luggage space. it is a two storey villa with the master bedroom on the upper level and two other rooms on the lower level. So will not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom pool villa and loved everything about it. The master bedroom on the upper level was roomy, the bed was firm but comfortable, mini bar fridge was handy, tea and coffee making facilities was a nice touch and the bathroom was lovely and big. Our 3 kids rooms were on the lower level where they shared 2 bathrooms between them. The villa was just a short walk to the Main Street where you will find plenty of shops, markets and restaurants/cafes. Breakfast was delivered to the villa and was delicious and plentiful. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, they even had a birthday cake and sang Happy birthday to my 19 year old son. Overall a lovely villa to stay in and felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again if we visited Ubud.

I only have 1 small suggestion and that would be to put some milk in the mini bar fridge for tea and coffee.

The venue was situated at the center, with exceptional staff members named Tia and Daisy. It offered a potential view of the forest and boasted a spacious swimming pool.

A supplier supplied the breakfast since the hotel lacks a kitchen, resulting in a limited selection. The complimentary breakfast includes black coffee, but for a regular latte or cappuccino, there's an additional charge. Nevertheless, the hotel did accommodate our request for free regular coffees. Additionally, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.

The property was about 10 minutes walk to the town centre with a few restaurants and supermarkets just at the end of the street which was incredibly convenient. It was secluded, quiet, private, safe and stunning. It was green and lush and just felt like home. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every day and they were so accommodating to our needs even making the breakfast I ordered when I accidentally texted them the wrong thing that wasn’t on the menu purely by typo. Absolute bliss. The bed was huge and comfortable too!

Not one thing.

Hosts were extremely friendly and attentive. Unit was beautiful, private, and clean. The outdoor area with the pool and seating provided a great villa experience. Hosts were also able to accommodate different types of breakfasts and different times in the morning. Communication via whatsapp was also easy.

The air conditioning was not able to sufficiently cool the room. The room was not hot but it was not able to bring the room to the temperature displayed on the remote control.

Very nicely maintained group of 7-8 villas. Modern, clean, bright, cool and gorgeous views every villa has a lovely view and nice cold pool. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Check in process was smooth and they have a hands on what’s app support if you need anything. They also provide free bicycles. Breakfast is superb!!!

Little suggestion would be to provide hand wash near the bathroom sinks and non slip mat for the shower.
