stunning scenery, incredibly friendly staff and eager to help. had all the amenities you needed which weren’t far away, but also not crowded so you could feel you could relax and be secluded. appreciated they provided refillable water in glass bottles, insect repellant and hand sanitiser, a great touch. staff lit mosquito coils outside the rooms each night which was great too. food was incredible!! thank you to the chef. my husband and I agreed each meal we had was excellent. we had breakfast each morning, it’s a la carte but you’re allowed multiple selections and changes (a starter/sweet/savoury/drinks) which has a mix of local and western food. The Benedict, mushrooms on toast and congee were all delicious. the fruit was so fresh and well presented. pancakes and croiffle perfect for my picky kids. best iced chocolates for them too. the staff were so happy to help! sorry I didn’t catch their names. we also tried both restaurants (duck themed and Japanese themed). the latter is more upscale but both delicious and great value. there are 2 pools, both great and max 1.8m from memory. my family used the one that was a bit more tucked away in the shade, which conveniently had a 0.9m and 1.2m for our kids I think. thank you!

being picky.. because it’s hard to find something not to like! the key to lock the doors can be fiddly if you rush like me lol. oh and please put bigger coffee cups/mugs in the room! but really amazing place.

The breakfast was very good overlooking a clear pool with gentle fountains and in beautiful covered/semi- outdoor setting. The gardens were stunning and great to have massage on site, also with excellent tradional Indonesian food. Style of the Villas also authentic and staff so helpful and kind. Can’t rate it highly enough

Few minor repairs which were under way.

Stayed for 4 nights, the staff were not just friendly but beyond friendly that they look after us very well. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Free shuttle service to the town, very easy! We left super early for a sunrise hike which we could not make it back for breakfast time, they kindly offer a breakfast box with delicious food, fruits and pastries. The breakfast menu has good range of options, very very tasty. We also had lunch and dinner at the villa, exceptional, couldn't be happier.

Got a room with outdoor spa but close to the dining area and pool, a little noisy and no full privacy.

Loved our stay. Beautiful grounds and rooms. It was so nice just walking around, the rice field and pools were beautiful. Rooms were very elegant and balinese. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they even fixed my suitcase wheel when it fell off. Breakfast included was very nice with 3 courses and they made great coffee. It was great value for money, and I'd definitely come back.

Shower pressure was low and it took a while for the water to heat up. Everything else was great.

The staff went above and beyond to help with anything that we needed. They were very kind and always had a smile on their face. The pool was beautiful and not too many people were there which was great as we often got the pool to ourselves ! The ambiance outside the rooms was spectacular. Greenery, flowers and they also made some mini rice fields. The villas are next to an amazing restaurant which had great food and very beautiful views of mini rice fields and lotus ponds.

The room we stayed in didn't have any artwork or decor.

We went to Ubud for our honeymoon and decided to stay in BTS Villa since we’ve both tasted how great the BTS duck meals are and wanted easy access to them. What we didn’t know was the villa we stayed in left a greater impression! We were super surprised to receive a very warm Bali reception both for our honeymoon, and my partner’s birthday in the form of a welcome drink, celebration cake and a beautiful swan bed decor with flowers and a bouquet. Coming from Australia this felt very humbling! The room was a mix of modern interior and Balinese spirit. Our villa was secluded and private enough that we were able to enjoy some quiet times. Can’t fault anything with the room and our sleeps were very restful. The first night we went straight for the BTS restaurant and had the duck, of course was impeccable. In the morning of my partners birthday, Wulan, Ayu and Astini and others arranged for a small birthday cake and a candle as we were having breakfast there + even a birthday song to top it all off! I really appreciated this gesture in particular as we were big on birthdays.

We loved everything about this hotel. We had a beautiful comfortable room, with a gorgeous outdoor spa. There are two pool areas, and both were so relaxing, and very well maintained. The grounds are kept in perfect condition, it's a very tranquil environment. The staff were all lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast menu was excellent with lots of choice. We love this hotel and will definitely be back. AAA+

Nothing, its perfect.

The room was very spacious with comfortable big bed and balcony with a garden view. Breakfast was very delicious: good selection of Western and Balinese dishes and drinks to choose from, including jamu shots (traditional Indonesian herbal drinks). Beautiful setting: rice field, lush garden and two swimming pools. The Indonesian food at the restaurant was very delicious, well priced and lots of choices. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay.

The location is far from the centre. Free car shuttle service to Ubud centre and monkey forest was very handy. It beats walking along very busy roads (40 minutes to Ubud Palace).

My mom and I stayed for almost one week and really had the best time here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The whole hotel was clean, neat. The garden was beautiful, as well as the decorations (it’s the typical Balinese style). The pools are clean also. They can arrange a free shuttle to the city center. The breakfast was huge, delicious and had a lot of variety. There is also very tasty food at their restaurant. We both had a massage at their spa and we loved it. The pictures online look like how it is in real life. I would - without a doubt - recommend this stay. It is so worth it and we already miss our room. Overall, we had a phenomenal time there. We wanted a tranquil, Balinese holiday and we 100% got it thanks to this hotel and the people working there. Terima kasih banyak.

The staff were fantastic. No matter who was on the desk they were willing to do the little things we asked and to organise transport in ways that prevented hassle and made the stay more enjoyable. There is gorgeous landscaping. Wherever you sit or when you wander around the grounds there are frangipani, hibiscus, orchids and heliconias, as well as the rice paddys, the statues, the ornaments, the pavilions and more. You know exactly where in the world you are. It's one of the best set of gardens at a small resort anywhere on the island. The restaurants are both great. Two fabulous swimming pools. We couldn't have been happier.
