Hotel Santika Premiere Jogja

From the moment we walked into the hotel it looked and felt like 4 star. The superior king rooms are large, very comfortable with excellent soft lighting and a large shower. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice of both savory and sweet items. As expected dealing with Indonasian people the staff are both courteous, helpful and professional that did everything possible to make you feel welcome. By far the best about this hotel is the amazing value for money. We had two superior king rooms for two nights and paid €210 total. Highly recommend this hotel if your staying in Yogyakarta.

The bed is super comfortable. We slept like a baby and don't want to get-up at all. All the staffs that we meet is super helpful and polite. I forgot to take my credit card in the lobby, and the receptionist called to inform me while a bell boy is already in front of my door bringing my card. Definitely a thumbs up for such professionalism. The breakfast was a delicious mix between local and international cuisine.

Due to Covid, the breakfast is not self-service like usual, but served by a staff instead. It kind of limit our freedom, but the staff was super helpful so it was okay. The shower is using an old system and could be modernized.

The hotel was very good; the staff helpful and the swimming pool looked really nice although I didn't use it. The location is good and I could walk to the train station and the market easily.

The Spa was not very good; I could hear people speaking in the next room.

1. The airco in the rooms that we stayed in did not function well 2. The Rainshower in one of the room that we stayed on did not work

The professional yet very friendly staff. The unique ambiance of the hotel and its location which is very near to Jalan Malioboro.

Located in the midle of the city. Close to every touristy object.

The refrigerator needs to be replace. We stayed at two rooms and none of the fridge works.

Room cleanliness is apparently Indonesian standard.. other than that, I have no other complaint.

The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Ms Angga Paramitha. The food at the restaurant is of very good quality. Strategic location.

the temperature of the shower is changing constantly from freezing cold to very hot. Therefore not really a relaxed shower.
