Late night check-in is totally not a problem, the host is reliable and fast to answer or react to any question. The Sicily Coast is located just 15 min walk from the beach, and same 15 min walk to Castello Ursino/the city center/shopping street with great variety of restaurants. Big supermarket Lidl just on the half way to the beach. The view to Catania Harbor opens directly from the balcony.
The coffee machine was out of order, but it was possible to use one in the tea room just behind the door. The sound isolation was very bad.

The form of breakfeast was done by some kind of durable pastry and jam. It wasn´t bad, but right under the accomodation is cafetery which had meny things for breakfeast, plus good coffe. So if there will be some "voucher" to this caffetery as a breakfeast otpion, it would be nice :).
The accomodation is right next to ne verry busy traffic. If you don´t know the city, and you don´t look specificly on this to the maps, you realize this unfortunately when you arrive. The mornings are been there really suffocating.

Andrea was very helpful for us to find a temporary solution for stay. It’s a clean room, close to the city center with 10 mins of walking distance to the city center and p.azza bus stop.

We liked the big room and they let us check out late
The shower was terrible, the apartment was located on a dirty street, the check-in took over an hour, the pillows were an inch thick, the breakfast that was “included” was packaged pastries and a juice box and coffee that you had to make yourself, construction starting at 7 am
