I was a bit nervous after reading some comments, but for no reason. We had a great stay! The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. She used an app to communicate, so we didn't had any difficultise to understand. The apartment was big, clean, enough towles, heating was working just fine, the bed was comfy, the sofa was a bit noisy but they always are. Metro is close by and the free parking is a very rare find in Milan. We would definitily go back if we visit Milan again!

There was some noise the second night but in every hotel are some guests who don't respect the quiet hours. It's not the hotel's fault and quite frankly, a "risk" you have to take into consideration when staying in a hotel.

Not supwr clean or comfortable

Firstly, the staff spoke really good English and were very polite and helpful throughout the stay. We were allowed an early check-in due to their availability which we greatly appreciated. Upon entrance to the room we noticed that the room was huge. It was well equipped with a television, a good sized bathroom and bed, a 3 seater sofa, a wardrobe and a microwave. Upon arrival we noticed that we did not have a mini-bar but we told the receptionist and they brought us one immediately. Furthermore the room was very clean. There's a metro stop and a tram stop that are only a 6 minute walk away from the hotel.

The only thing to keep in mind is that there is railway station behind the property and you can hear trains passing from the room. This did not bother us.

The location is fantastic. it is five minutes on foot from the metro. The public transport in Milan is very easy and accessible so this was convenient for getting around. The property is only about another five minutes further on to get to some bars, restaurants and coffee shops. My room was spotlessly clean to the point you could smell the cleaning products upon arrival which was very good. The room is very spacious and has a lot of natural light. The main entrance to the hotel is really nice and check in was very easy as the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

It was quite difficult to regulate the temperature and the bathroom was very hot.

Very close to the metro station and a lot of places to eat. If you like to walk, you can walk to the main attractions in Milan from the hotel like the castello Sforzesco as I did, MiCo center is very close too. Staff was very helpful. There is a living room with sofa-bed, washer, fridge, and dishware.

The only bad thing about the place is that is very close to the train rails, so it is noisy sometimes. I am used to this when I stay at big cities, so is not to bad. Also, the showers are super small. But after staying in different hotels in Italy, I found that small showers are a general thing.

The room was huge for two people. I like it. Also very clean & cosy. Everything for the travellers needed is available in the room.The bed was comfortable. The location is not far from the airport. During our stay,we just take a taxi from the airport & return.Although we cannot book the taxi from the hotel,but its just 3mins wait after the reception makes a call for a taxi. The hotel locations also near with the public transport tram & metro. Easy access.Totally willl stay here again if we came back to Milan one fine day.Totally recommended this hotel.Huge Thanks to the super friendly receptionist ,you are very helpful.

Nothing

Everything went pretty well, the staff were very nice, they even gave me two espressos last morning for free as I didn't have cash with me. The location is pretty good as well, just 5 mins walking to the cenisio station and from there you reach Duomo for under 20mins and to San Siro for less than 15mins, so many nice local restaurants as well, supermarket is just 5 mins away from the residenza and the area itself is pretty good and very clean and safe.

Location was ok because it had good connections with city center including metro. Free parking is great, we were even allowed to leave the car for a few hours after check out as we had a late flight and we spend the day visiting a bit more the city. Personnel was great, the rooms are quite big.

The cleaning was not that great but it was fine, some furniture or appliances were broken or half broken and seems like nobody was fixing those. That part is a shame because everything else was really good.

Simple apartment with everything you may need. Very comfortable for a short stay. Staff was very, very friendly and helpful. Just a few minutes walk from Cenisio metro station. 24h reception was also a big plus.

Facilities were a bit outdated. Kitchen cabinets and oven door needed some fixing, but to be honest, it didn't affect our stay. Also take into account that during hot days you feel the heat inside the apartment as there is no AC.
