Hotel Parma

Nice small hotel in the quiet central district of Milan. I liked pretty much location of this hotel. You can go on foot to the most main attractions of the city. Also you have a lot of pizzerias and gelato caffes nearby. You can also use underground and train as well as buses and trams as the hotel is situated in the middle of transport nods. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfast was quite good, there were traditional Milano pastries, cheese, coffee, tea, beaverages. Room was small but its sizes values its cost. What i liked about the room it's cleanliness. WC and shower were also clean.

There were a few thinks which I think need improvements. For reasons bidet+sink unit stood just in the corner of my room. Though they weren't connected and used, it was strange to have them within one meter of me. Another issue was very tough pillow. I'd recommend to change pillows as travellers need a good sleep. The rest was quite good. Hope to go here again!

It's what you would expect from a 2 star hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is near metro stops and there is a large supermarket a 5 minute walk away which sells everything you need. Breakfast isn't amazing but it's enough to get you going for the morning and the outdoor seating area for breakfast is a nice start to the morning. It's about a 40 minute walk into the main square area but there is trams and scooters etc you can take to get there quicker. Rooms were nice and clean, bathroom fan was pretty loud when on but other than that it was fine. There was a good few nice local restaurants near the hotel as well. You get what you pay for, would stay here again.

Its very clean and comfortable.. i booked for a solo room with a shared bathroom but they gave me a private bathroom.. and im really amazed with the facility because its all new and the staff they helped me a lot with some of my charging problem. I really recommend this hotel for travelers. Its a budget friendly hotel but its worth your money..

Maybe the charging system.. they use a small outlets for charging.. i think its the outlet in italy but i think its more convenient if they use a universal outlets… but anyways you can have also adaptor in the counter.

This small hotel is in a very good area. It is close to both the tram (direct to the Duomo) and the metro (direct to San Siro). There are many shops of different kind, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Although we had a room facing the street, it was quiet and we could sleep peacefully. The bed was very comfortable for us. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast: sweets, sweets and a little sweets :-) There were some cold cuts and boiled eggs, but it was basically an Italian breakfast. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The bathroom has a hairdryer. The room has a TV and fridge, although we didn't use either.

The shower cabin was a little small for me, but everything else was ok.

The place it's all right for the price you pay, they give a breakfast good enough and the staff is very kind. On the other hand, they offer the service of taking care of the luggage while the room is ready but the bags are not stored in a safe room (as in most of the places) they're just left in the lobby which made me feel a bit nervous. In the end, the place is close to a metro station, the room is okay, you have a fan and HVAC system, and taking into account the prices in the city, I think it is a very good option, I would come back.

The value for money. The location is good. The comfort of the bed and the bathroom is clean and tidy. The staff name Mathew (Teo) is so helpful and friendly. He guide me thru WhatsApp all the way till i locate the place. The breakfast is s good. I enjoyed my stay in Milan and happy to have this hotel for a 2 night stay.

Some sounds around the area.. like bang of the doors, when someone opening the door with key , sounds of someone walking with luggage in the hallway but seems can't be controlled as many tourist guest come and leaves.

The hotel is a great value for money hotel. Its very clean, big bath size towels daily, plus clean sheets and beds made. The breakfast is a typical contienantal one, coffee, tea (in a teapot) cakes, meat, cheese etc and we were full every morning The staff were friendly and helpful The hotel is easy to find, 5 mins walk from the metro and about 25 mins on 2 short metro rides from Centrale train station The area is vibrant with lots of bars and quality restaurants Its a short walk to Sempione park and then onto the Duomo Its not a luxury hotel but its great value for money in a great location

My room been attached to the WC-Shower For entering here you need to use the keys That's why noise from this room disturbing me all night If you got the keys from camera 122 don't hesitate to ask for change

The room and bathroom was very clean. The hotel was located in calm nice area. The staff was quite nice. I also liked the breakfast (coffe, tea, croissants...also some mortadela, cheeses), not for the picky people but enough :). Also Netflix is nice bonus, but it didn't work in the first room I got (but it did in the second one :))

I had a room with shared bathroom and always when someone flushed the toillet (luckily not very often as there was one bathroom just for two rooms) it made such a noise that it made me awaken despite I had earplugs. Also I stayed two nights and was told for some reason I need to change the room after first night, not a rocket science but it was a bit annoying.

Very good location, very close to the metro station, supermarket, good restaurants. Clean room, towels changed every day.

The size of the room a little too small. The internet connection not working in our room.
