Bellavista Hotel Deluxe Apartments

The location was excellent, right on the water and in the midst of all the restaurants, cafes and shops - just what we needed after spending a few days at a remote farmhouse. Generous breakfast with lots of options. The room was spacious and clean, with a great shower. Air conditioned too - thank goodness as it was 100 degrees when we were there. Good value, I definitely recommend. I'll also put in a word for the burger/panini kiosk outside. Extremely delicious snd generous paninis to be had there, from a very friendly proprietor.

Parking was 15 euros a day. It was convenient but I would have liked to know that before booking. Definitely recommend you take the parking as it's not easy to find otherwise. Also, our room has a kitchen attached but that was also 15 per day, snd again I woukd have preferred to know about that option when booking.

The hotel is located just on the lakeside with magnificent view. We’ve stayed with our two kids the suite with huge terrace and jacuzzi, which was a good price for value. The staff at the reception was polite and friendly. we were traveling by car so they arranged a parking for us nearby, which was very convenient. The restaurant downstairs was also very good.

It is a nice and cosy hotel. The room with a lake view balcony was breathtaking and absolutely worth it. I think this hotel has the best view in the whole city. The room was old fashioned, but clean and well-kept, its style matched the beautiful city of Riva del Garda. The shower was a little bit narrow, but it worked perfectly (pressure and temperature). The breakfast was ok, could be better, could be worse. The stuff was helpful, check-in was fast.

The bed consisted of two separate mattresses. With such a heat a complimentary water would be appreciated. The toilet had no lid to close when flushing which is quite unhygenic. There was no "do-not-clean" card to hang on the door.

You can't beat the location, which is right by the lakeshore and within the historic center of Riva. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. The room was very cozy and super clean, with a nice couch and lovely little table. We absolutely loved it. The restaurant was great, too. The breakfast buffet offered such a large number of choices, we almost felt like being spoiled. The staff were also very nice. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Riva.

The location is outstanding right in the heart of the pedestrian areas of the historic town center with unobstructed lake view. The hotel assisted to be a bit dated, but everything is in excellent condition, which makes this hotel a pristine and charming time capsule. The personnel was wonderful. They are true hosts, attentive and caring. The breakfast was also noteworthy: prepared with attention to detail, tasty and plentiful.

All the hotel staff ( reception, restaurant and housekeeping) were brilliant and helpful, the location and the lake views were amazing, the breakfast was excellent

The hotel needs rehabilitation . It was difficult to get there by car because the hotel is in pedestrians area.

The location is perfect, beautiful. The place is generally really nice. Clean. They advice you on activities to do. The apartment has all you may need. Well equipped. I would come back for sure. I opted for no breakfast. So I cannot comment on that. I didn't have food at the hotel. I had lunch at the restaurant behind, by the lake. Food was very nice. Touristy, but that's expected. Very good, though.

I did not get the apartment cleaned daily. I stayed for 6 nights. Next time I will ask what the issue was. I didn't. So, my bad, too.

Superb location at the waterfront and close to all shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment with a separate bedroom was convenient when travelling with a baby. Rooms are slightly outdated but clean and comfortable. We also didn't hear any noise from the corridor or neighbour rooms.

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant is one of the best. The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday.

The breakfast could have been better as the standard of the food in the restaurant is fantastic. There are eaves in the ceiling so made the room feel quite small.

Lovely view, unfortunately we did get the side view, but it was still beautiful with a table and chairs on the balcony. Bathroom was lovely, whole place was exceptionally clean. You cannot get a better location than this. We got the gate code and took a bottle of wine to drink on the terrace one evening looking out to the lake and mountains. 2 min walk to the piazza main square, 2 min walk to the ferry ports, boats right outside and less than 10 minutes walk to the main beach. Air con worked great
