The location was great! It's about a 15-minute walk from the tokyo tower as well as a 10-minute walk from the yamanote line station. There is also a lawson attached, which was convenient.

The walls were a little thin, I heard our neighbor sneeze a few times, but other than that, it was great.

The staff were really nice and helpful, especially the housekeeping and reception staff. The hotel had a great location in Minato City, close to Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower, and it was a 7-minute walk to Hamamatsucho Station where you can get a direct train to Haneda Airport. There were a lot of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, including a Lawson attached to the hotel and a FamilyMart right across it.

The room was quite small and it was difficult to open my suitcase, but this is quite similar to most business hotels in Tokyo.

We chose this hotel because we needed to be close to Minato city hall for multiple visits. It is also a central location, very close to several train stations less that 10 minutes walk. And Tokyo tower is 5 mins walk. The room has a nice desk with bar light as we needed to work from the hotel. The house keeping is every 3 days which ment we weren't distrubed from working and fresh towels and trash emptied everyday. Plenty of 24hr convenience stores and shops, restaurants near by. Staff are really friendly and some speak English. Breakfast is included and they offer containers so you can take out the breakfast to your room if you prefer. We liked the self serve washer dryer and the convenience store in the lobby. You can put a few large luggage under the bed.

The bed is abit hard. And the bathroom is small, I just about managed at 6tf tall.

The place is very well located, the staff super kind, and the checkin very easy to do. Rooms are clean and amenities as well. The 24hr lawson was the cherry on top

The bed matress was way to hard, the staff sometimes couldn't speak well english which made things a bit difficult, and the amenities were missing the shower cap and other things from hother hotels. The breakfast is good, but maybe add a bit more egg/ham/jams to it? For non Japanese people eating curry everyday for breakfast can be too much T___T Also we had an earthquake during our stay and the info on the speakers was on japanese...I had to call them to get more info in english hehe

From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel truly understands and values the essence of hospitality. The staff were nothing short of outstanding - always attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, which significantly enhanced my overall experience. I was consistently greeted with warmth and courtesy, and their service was prompt and efficient. The concierge was knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which further enriched my stay. The hotel's location was another significant highlight. Nestled in the heart of the city, it offered easy access to numerous points of interest, including local shops, eateries, and cultural landmarks. The convenience of being able to walk to many of these locations made my trip stress-free and allowed me to fully immerse myself in the city's vibrant atmosphere.

Honestly, it's challenging to pinpoint any negatives about my stay. If I had to mention something, it would be the limited parking spaces available. This wasn't a significant issue for me as I mainly used public transportation, but for those driving, it might pose some inconvenience.

Despite the name, it's actually a 10-13 min walk away from Hamamatsucho station itself so just keep that in mind. However, it was really really close to a Tokyo metro station so that was good! Natural Lawson is connected to the hotel on the first floor and there's a Family Mart across the street. You can see Tokyo Tower at night and it's really pretty. Staff didn't really speak much English, but it was fine for me because I've stayed at enough hotels to know what they would ask me so I just ended up communicating in Japanese, but they will hand you an English paper with explanations of their facilities information at check in. Hotel will also store your luggage for you for a little bit after check out if needed. Amenities you have to get for yourself on the first floor, but other than that, it's a neat area to stay in.

The location is amazing. Close to a few train stations. Easy access to all attractions without having to change trains. The room is decent. They changed the towels everyday so thats nice.

The cleaning only every 3 days. We need to maintain the room ourselves especially due to small size. And the bed is not the most comfortable, mattress is quite hard

It was located in between two different Toei subway line which made it quite convenient when traveling. There’s also a JR line that is located slightly further down but still within walkable distance. the complimentary breakfast was also amazing! very typical Japanese style and also fulfilling meal to start you day off. you are able to takeaway too as they provided takeaway boxes.

Late check out was charged at 2200yen per hour which is pretty absurd. the wifi was also pretty wonky, didn’t have a stable connection thru my stay

Excellent Value For Money! Perfect neighborhood, leafy streets, hectic in business hours but very calm after. The hotel is balanced, room is cosy and very well settled, in addition blackout shades are really blackout. Reception was super professional and responsive. Stayed at the hotel for the second time and hope will stop here again.

I would happy to meet more advanced English speaking person at reception, but generally it's okay.

First of all great location with few subway stations nearby as well as JR line and many different convenience stores. The staff were kind and helpful. They even helped us send our luggage to the next hotel. The room itself was super clean and we appreciate the eco friendliness and not cleaning the rooms every day, but only collecting garbage and changing the towels.
