The staff are very welcoming and pleasant , breakfast is the best I have ever had, lots to choose from and lots of seating places indoors and outdoor ,Sharon the customer relations lady was a big big help and very friendly kudos girl you made our visit lovely .

Access to the hotel being through the parking area not so great since my guest had to walk for a distance while there is a gate like door at the front all sealed , we ordered room service and the food was not as great as eating in the restaurant .

The hotel is excellent. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist - Deborah, who's customer service was just top quality - with everyone working there delivering equally great service. In my experience a rare and special thing. I had an executive room, which gave me use of the executive lounge. Would highly recommend as a great place to work with a very welcome happy hour (actually between 5pn and 7pm) when complimentary alcoholic drinks and delicious food are available. Also the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've some across in any hotel. There's almost nothing they don't have on their buffet, including food from many different countries. Great roof top pool and well equipped gym. All in all a top quality hotel.

Would have liked the menus for the various restaurants to be available online as you don't know what's available until you go in and sit down.

AC was on full cooling mode or off. Maintenance checked it and told he has to go downstairs to continue with it. Never came back but 18 Celsius is OK to sleep. But little bit too low otherwise specially for this kind of a hotel.

Breakfast was very comprehensive and enjoyable. The room was very pleasant. The rooftop bar was excellent with some amazing live music that was brilliant. The food was delicious with an extensive menu.

Check in was really quite slow and the reception area has several people, some really quite very upset, complaining that they didn't have a room / the right room so perhaps you overbooked the Hotel?

Great hotel and well organized rooms and comfy bed

When I arrived at the hotel the reception told me that my reservation does not include breakfast while it should include breakfast and the price for my reservations was too expensive then I had to pay extra money than what it was showing on booking

All round great. Not exceptional for the price but cant really complain. Staff are excellent. Beds are fantastic. Only thing is accomodation rate is expensive compared to newer properties offering same ammenities. Food is also good, again not brilliant for what you charged.

The room was very spacious with a view on the westlands market. Perfectly situated near the Ananas Masai market, a couple of nice malls and hotels etc…. The premises are very clean and secured. The staff is very welcoming and a special mention to Benjamin at the reception who was very accommodating and understanding! The breakfast is extremely nice, lots of choice and even gluten free options but quite pricey for a breakfast in Nairobi to be honest….. The rooftop bar is nice but there is barely ever anyone in the pool because it’s not heated. The gym is very complete with a great view. Overall a very nice, but short stay!

The pricey breakfast and food.

The staff is extremely attentive, polite and nice. We had a small issue when arriving and they directly apologized, solved the problem swiftly and offered a nice compensation. The concierge desk with Solomon was very efficient, helping us arrange our stay in Nairobi, reserving cabs, restaurants (they made very nice suggestions), museums and more. When going to a restaurant one night, one concierge lady walked with us to the restaurant and made sure everything was ok. What a great service!!! The facilities are nice, beds are very confortable. We will be back!

Everything was perfect.

Unique decor, great service, excellent breakfast, support of wildlife charity, gardens.

Bar seems to attract a certain female clientele. Room/bathroom decor slightly dated but in excellent condition.

Unfortunately I did not get up for breakfast. However, my great experience at the lounge was exceptional. Great food and drinks. Friendly staff who went an extra mile to help with my meals requirement at the lounge compensated for my lack of the breakfast experience.

My executive room needed be more spacious with better arrangement with the furniture.
