Zehneria Suites Hotel

The room hat plenty of space, the bed was always clean and well made and felt nice to sleep there. I also liked the breakfast - there was everything there I'd hope to find. The staff were friendly and helpfull at any time

The background noise from outside was very loud at times (the windows are not well insulated against sound). At 5 a.m. there wasn't warm water in the pipes so when I had to get up early I had to shave using cold water which was inconvenient. Most of the light bulbs in the "living room" gave only very dim light. WiFi was there but was hardly enough for a video call

I stayed at twice at the Zehneria during my travel to Kenya . The hotel is pocket friendly with a pool. It is centrally located with restaurants, grocery stores and Sarit Centre in the vicinity. The hotel wifi is of good quality, the rooms are comfortable. The reception staff Mai Tai was very kind and prompt in tending to requests, be it for a room facilities, extra stay etc. The Chef ,his assistant Peter and another one ( - who served dinner when I arrived late at night at the hotel due to delayed flight, sorry unable to recall the name) were very kind in tending to special dietary requests- be it for Aloo parathas, Paneer curry or 'Dawa' (when i was struggling with a bad cold). There are a lot of food options for vegetarians. The staff were very courteous and professional. All in all it was a nice experience.

The property is in the heart of Westlands within close proximity to premium shopping experiences. Easy access to the central business district and the United nations. Very comfortable room with the best wifi connection. Happy and professional staff. Awesome swimming pool barbecue area. Very competitive pricing for Nairobi.

The location is really a key here, close to Sarit centre and the main centres. walking distance from shopping malls (Sarit and Westgate). Also what i liked in actually having a pool there, which was a good activity to do.

The rooms could be more comfortable when it comes to bathroom and shower. Other than that things are ok I believe. I would ask them to make sure everything is going well, especially that the staff is helpful.

Wifi reception was poor in the rooms.

It is within reach. tithe room had adequate space.

1. The water never got hot..it was lower than Lukewarm. Wd had it run for over one hour and it never got hot! 2. The living place is rather crowded…could minimize furniture around the kitchen. 3. The kitchen lacks basic stuff e.g. cleaning detergents, cooking pots, cutlery, etc. 4. sleepers Hardly dues one think of bring the above in such a facility. 5. at 9.45am, when we got to the restaurant, there was hardly any food for us…most were finished and they made no effort to replenish!

The property was very well located close to a major mall in the city. Also lot of good and well known restaurants were at stone throw distance. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Mr Tom at the front desk was very helpful on any special and adhoc requests made. Breakfast spread was also good.

Nothing specific except that their Bar needs an upgrade as many of the beverages mentioned in the menu were not available.

The room was good and spacious and breakfast had good variety. The location is excellent and just opposite saris centre and walking distance not many places

The bath room lights were not working and were not fixed despite reporting. The pastries were dry and the chef may wish to consider preparing them on a daily basis

This is a very competitively priced hotel in a very good location - just around the corner from shops and restaurants. It has a slightly unexpected feel - many of the rooms are actually suites, and are very spacious and well furnished (though if you were planning to cook - I wasn't - the kitchen in the room is not well equipped). There are some flaws - while the rooms are big and comfortably furnished, some of the fittings are a little shabby, and there are some oddities, like the free standing bath tub. But this is outstanding value for money, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

As above: some minor problems with the fittings (lights that come on by themselves). But nothing significant.

-The staff where all very very kind and the location is just perfect. You can walk to both malls sarit (3min) and Westgate(10min. - The food at Breakfast was good -housekeeping came in every day to change towels. There was a bug in the system when i booked and so there where som mistake with the reservation the staff handeled it very well. Thanks for that.

-Place looked a bit old - the shower sometimes had only hot water -the last day my husband got warmed up coffee at the breakfast. -the kitchen had nothing in it just 2 cups and 2 glasses nothing else no plates no cutlery -there was a pool but is was so dirty that nobody would swim in it.
