courteous and friendly staff that are always ready to assist.The location of the property is excellent.

The TV set does not work efficiently,it goes off and on intermittently and international channel is only one,BBC. Additionally,the penthouse open lounge is not free for guests in the evening.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The view from my room was fabulous AND I had a balcony. The breakfast is delicious and served on the roof which has a BEAUTIFUL sea view.

Smoking - all rooms are smoking rooms. BUT I had asked and had confirmed to me that I had a non-smoking room. When I asked about this they offered to change my room but when I viewed the other rooms they were all the same and smelled of years of smoke. The answer to me when I asked was, 'the last guest who was here for 3 days did not smoke'. I counted 9 ashtrays in the room. The balcony doors were opened and that helped but the smell is in the carpet and furniture.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms that provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the cozy bedding to the sleek and modern amenities. I truly felt pampered during my time there. One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. The team at Bayview hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

was expecting our room has sea view. but it’s actually sea view when u walk about 20steps outside veranda door.

The bed and it’s location opposite to the door, sharing the balcony with neighbors. 😞

Breakfast has amazing view, but the food choice is very limited and same every day. We stayed for 6 days and this was a big problem for us. I would kindly recommend to add variety and some healthier options like avocado, tuna, salmon, vegetables, granola, plant based milk etc. Room sea view is great but windows are dirty so it is not a full experience. Rooms need maintenance and deep cleaning

The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants, shops, markets, and with a lovely sea view. The breakfast restaurant had an amazing view too. The beds and pillows were excellent, super comfortable and cozy. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The room was spacious and the sea view was excellent. Kettles, slippers, and all were provided on request!

The cleanliness of the toilets could be improved, as well as the curtains and towels. Overall it was clean and nice but more detail needed as dirt in toilet was still clear. Also, the WIFI was absolutely terrible. The worst we have experienced. You need to connect via username and password for only 72 hours, but it kept disconnecting as it had 4 networks with varying connectivity, and the username/password only worked for one.

The location is perfect and the suite overlooking the corniche meant we were treated to the mist glorious sunsets every night. It is impossible to explain just how beautiful the service was from the reception to the night doorman. We had lunch in our rooms and the food was great and beautifully prepared. Breakfast is served on the roof with a panoramic view of Beirut in the most elegant balcony..I was overjoyed with the bathtub, a rarity in the middle east. The only small niggle was the wifi but given the soaring prices of internet and the country's struggles at the moment it's totally understandable. Whenever I return to Beirut I will definitely book the Bayview.

The location was great, the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast view was priceless and the quality of the food was great during breakfast.

We were given a bad room the first 2 nights (hotel was full) — everything was old and AC wasnt functioning properly. They moved us afterwards to an amazing room — recently renovated, spacious, and super clean.

Stunning seaview, Sea Lounge at the 7th floor is fantastic, hotel is 5 minutes walking to Zaytouna Bay, Staff are very nice and helpful
