Just love the room layout and spaciousness and design ! I didnt opt for breakfast as we fancy local kopitiam food (3 mins from hotel), but we had meeting in MYTH Cafe and they ar so friendly to allow us there without any minimum beverages.

Rooms were cosy and lovely. Really felt good. Facilities were good. Gym was nice and you can do your own laundry. Oh, and there is a Dyson hair dryer which is a good plus point.

Horrible shower. Low water pressure and the heat was not steady and sometimes close to non existent. Breakfast in the morning perhaps is the worse among hotels in Malaysia. Should have a bar for customers who wants a nightcap before sleeping. Pretty much a place to sleep only and for that, the price is high.

The receptionist, tenant, customer service, the one who in charge with room deco, housekeeper, the ambiences, the room, toiletries, everything! My 1st experience hotel i stayed the power shutting down in my room 🤣 call the receptionist, and he ask tenant to come, and after a few minutes tenant came and settle everything. I love how polite the tenant was. Forget to ask his name. Visit ipoh for my baby girl 1st birthday, ask a room birthday deco thru phone call and its for free! And my baby love it. Thank you so much! Room a bit dusty at the corner. But not a big deal for me. We are human too, everyone make mistake.

Insufficient bathroom suppliers, especially hand soap is not refill, and only 1 small shower gel is provided. Customers are not fully taken care of during this perilous time.

1. Room and hotel common areas were clean 2. Reception staff were friendly 3. Rooms especially junior suite were very comfortable 4. Great location as it is close enough to town without being in the thick of things 5. Hotel staff were honest in returning items left behind in one of the rooms 6. Basic good facilities i.e. hair dryer, Iron & ironing board, provided in rooms 7. Lifts were big enough which eases the carrying of luggage to the rooms

1. Basic pool with no lounging area, great view though 2. No bellboy/ luggage assistance 3. No room service 4. Limited spare power points (for charging personal electronic devices) in rooms

I like the room layout and it was so comfy, I almost felt at home. The facilities are also very convenient and following the SOPs. The staffs are cooperative and friendly.

When I first entered the room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, which is really inconvenient and uncomfortable. I hope you can check the odor of the room before letting the next guests in.

The location is convenient in the city n decor of the hotel were beautiful. The bed were very comfortable.

The hotels did not mentioned in their website about hockey teams from overseas will be staying in the hotels! I would have not choose the hotels. The breakfast were menu is quite limited. The eggs were scrambled throughout my 4 days stayed. We waited for long for the coffee to be refilled n top up!

Everything near perfection. We were here 5 yrs ago and the quality is maintained with the same attitude of personnel manning the property. The staff attended our call/request really quick despite the number of tenants. Cafe staff was awesome to attend our request especially the kids of 3 families. The ice coffee is really nice :), came back twice for it!

1. Do take care of the maintenance as it starts to rundown but that's understandable. 2. Unfortunately the Oldtown Cafe ceased its operation - our quick bite in the past. Hopefully it will re-open in near future.

Generally is good price for the money. Good to have 2 beds in the room. As there were 6 of us - 3 adults and 3 kids. Toilet is clean. AC is cold.

I happened to be there the same night where there were wedding dinners. Thus parking was a challenge. 2nd night - both the rooms have water ponding due to heavy rain. Breakfast buffet is cheap but lacks variety. I would not mind paying more for better variety.

The hotel design was fabulous and my daughter like it. Facilities is just good enough with gym and swimming pool. The best is with the free laundry service which it's help us to wash our clothes before we back. Service crew also very friendly in the front desk and their technician is fast response to our request. The hotel located about 5 mins drive from the downtown which is best for us for relax and quiet place to sleep. A lots of parking space for their guest is the best part of us who come with car, let us easy to find a parking space. View in our room also awesome with city view and a sofa in front of the window let us can view the scenery at night. Breakfast is reasonable price for those who choosing the room without a breakfast.

The only bad things is the room sound proof is not that good which still can hear the voice outside of the room. The rest is good enough.
