Tower Regency Hotel & Apartments

1. The room was very nice and big. Very special layout and design that comes with bathtub and see through glasses 2. The Buffet Breakfast was nice, stay at here 3 night, every day breakfast main course will change little bit. And also when the portion empty , the staft refill it very quickly, nice service 3. The perfect location for nearby the Ipoh parade, and some cafe, souvenir store and Ipoh famous location, just few min drive will arrived.

the Parking area, too dim and lack of carpark slot.

Upon checking in into room 1532, room wasn't clean actually (rubbish not cleared, towel not replaced, bedsheets not changed, toiletries n coffee items n water bottle none. But thumb up to HOUSEKEEPING TEAM for quickly stepping up n doing it within minutes. Room was ambient, very comfortable n clean. Lift was prompt n functioned well.

Swimming pool was terrible, sorry to say. Changing room in unkept condition, things n tools lying here n there. Tiles around the swimming pool even had ingrown plants/ moss, not washed. The chairs were dusty.

The room is definitely very spacious, the staffs are accommodating, the view from our room was pretty nice too. the toilet and room were pretty clean. shower was great, and the room we have has a bathtub. for breakfast, we went to check it out at 10.20 am and there was still a bit of bread and nasi lemak left. we didnt plan to eat as we ate outside already but in the end we still took a plate of nasi lemak. it was ok la. since we went on saturday night the parking is free at the outside of the hotel (not the inside).

- toilet roll wasnt provided - saw a hair on the pillow - the sambal of nasi lemak has asam jawa. my first time having asam jawa in sambal lol i dont really mind it but it did taste very different from the usual nasi lemak sambal - the hotel is a bit old, but as long as they keep the hotel clean it shouldnt be a problem. - either the aircon is too old or the room is too big because it takes a long time for the room to be cold, especially during late morning. i would suggest to ask for another key card to put in the room so the room will always stay cold.

The room was very nice. In fact it was nicer compared to the previous stay during the COVID pandemic period (during PKP). The room was cleaner than before. The breakfast was nice and acceptable.

It is an old building. As expected there will be some problem here and there. The room looks old, The television was not very clear and blurry and only a few channels available.

Room size.. Clean. Location. Friendly staff

It would be great if there is any convinces store inside this hotel or same tower. It's quite complicated to cross the main road and go shops other side even its very close to hotel. Otherwise all good. Reply on Booking app very late.. Before I check in I message in app and ask some questions. Cus I called them no one answer. After i check out only someone replied to my question.

food very nice room big and clean n i very nice to stay i like so much shop eat n shoping mall bar semua dekat juga very fantasy really i very prefact stay loction.

hotel and room are comfortable and great for money. breakfast also delicious.

my room iron is broken then i call the counter to replace the new one but nobody come and send the iron i waiting from 11am to 1.30pm still dont have. then my husband go down and ask to housekeeping. service so slow.

The view so beautiful especially in the higher beautiful view n the staff is amazing and great service.

Cleanings for the bathroom and the room are not doing well.

The room was spacious, and bath tub available for 2 people stay. Breakfast spread was appropriate and nice.

Better training for staff, response time could improve, parking space was inadequate and visitors that parked at higher level had to walk down through the car ramp to reach accessible elevator.
