Good value for money, opposite CW3 bus terminal, near KFC, Seven 11 downstairs, opposite from Perling Mall, close proximity to Paradigm Mall and Aeon Mall. Great food options within 2 km distance. Buffer breakfast was very decent. I love a black cat that seemed to guard the door at night.

Sound proofing of the room insufficient, especially when you have inconsiderate neighbours.

The room is the same as in the photo, the shower water is slow so hard to use the ceiling-mounted option. Breakfast selection is standard but good as they have quite a good number of selections. The swimming pool and bar area are quite nice as it's on the roof deck at 15F so you can see quite a nice neighborhood view. Close to Giant and a 7-Eleven that is not 24-hour like other countries.

I find the aircon inside the unit is not so cool, you can sleep without the blanket on an 18-degree setting. We asked about the parking ticket, as the instructions were abit blur but luckily a few people so easier to reverse from the parking, they should give a separate parking ticket for guests so it won't be an inconvenience.

Cleanliness is very good, all facilities work well (TV, air conditioning, water heater, etc.), room provided side by side which makes it easier to access each other especially traveling with children, room on the lower floor even though this is a tall building hotel. Breakfast 2 days is excellent which is a different main course every day. Overall satisfied 4 Star Hotel.

No balcony provided, the room is not connected to each other (cannot get the connecting room if booked through booking.com), the towel is not thick enough but still acceptable, the room service menu is not longer time.

The toilet..the mirror very clean....not comfortable to get a bath

would like to compliment the Bell Boy that alwasy greet us, asked how we are, etc.The receptionist well dress up, friendly.

The room was so big! Compared to the website picture BUT, sadly the room was not well maintained, The TV shelved a lot of chips off, the toilet flooring didn't scrub properly, saw an used toothbrush on my bathtub, the toilet grouting all mouldy. tv with no remote control no cutleries and the bathtub abit mould need to clean n wash it away before we use it. I stayed at Amerin Suites Room, but the maintenance didn't look like one. The Restaurant decoration is like a school canteen, the window grouting needs to be re-grouted as when it rains, the water can snip through easily Exterior buildings need to be re-painted and cleaned. It doesn't look like a hotel at all.

Reception is very friendly! The rooms are quite new and very clean. Down side, not all rooms have a tub. Carpark space relatively easy to find.

We couldn't find seats during breakfast. The staff told us we could sit outside which was the lift lobby and smoking area. We pulled tables and chairs ourselves. But they open up the banquet area for guests who arrived after us. Pool had only one stair to come out of. The bar area was not open. No pool towels available too.

Reception staff named Engku is very friendly and helpful. He greeted us cordially and provided us with some useful information. Comfortable room and clean washroom. Nice room view, can see the road. Just besides the hotel is tomyam restaurant which is convenient to get food until midnight.

A lot of parking lots around hotel but full until around 10pm because there are food shops around there where people come and park the cars. I had to park at level 2/level 3 of the hotel building. Although is free but it's space is not too spacious, you have to slowly drive.

They room is cosy for a family and the location is nearby to some shopping places also. The staff was very friendly also.

Just a minor feedback regarding the room that i was staying at .The aircon wasnt so cold and it was pretty noisy also.

Breakfast included, place is comfortable, clean enough, has eatery at site, staff was polite

The hotel facade could do a fresh coat of paint, breakfast good enough but nit much variety per day, we stayed 3 nights, cleaner was fast when we asked them to clean room but toilet paper no extra only 1 roll for 3 pax.
