The peace and quiet due to the shophouses around were not opened yet. Ample parking space. Nice food and good lounge to chill out till midnight. Comfy room with enough facilities like iron, kettle, toiletries. Environmental friendly with the glass jug and refill your water from the dispenser at the corridor. Great to save earth from using plastics.

The bathroom and toilet door are see- through at the bottom. It's ok when alone but I don't think I'd be comfortable if I come with someone else.

The bed was super comfy and the room had everything that we needed (except toothbrush, but I guess we can get it by asking hotel staff). The interior design of the hotel and room appeals to me. Will come back again if I want to tour around Iskandar.

The breakfast variety was under my expectation. Private transport is a must to get around. The shop units nearby were still vacant.

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Staffs were nice and friendly. Ample parking. It is far from the city but that was ok with us since the purpose of our stay in Johor was to go to USS; the hotel was near to Tuas. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Look out for the small buttery croissants!

The area is a bit dodgy since it is surrounded with factories. There are a lot of foreign workers roaming around within the vicinity of the hotel. Quite far from proper convenience stores so come prepared. We went to Sunway Big Box for some supplies before checking into the hotel.

The rooms are clean & new. Beds are comfortable and they even provided bolsters which was a big plus. Breakfast was ok with quite a large range of food but taste is just ok. We booked the family room but it was somehow 'sold out'.... So they gave us 2 interconnecting rooms instead (which was still acceptable). There is free parking available in the basement and around the commercial complex.

The location is near to Legoland which was a big plus but the actual area is quite a deserted commercial complex, with alot of foreign workers loitering around in that area. Felt a little distrubing that such a good hotel is located at such an unsafe feeling area. Not many stores were open in the commercial complex, so needed to drive out else where for lunch/dinner options (as hotel food was just so so).

I like the atmosphere in the hotel but the area in which it is located is quite. There is no activity around it. There is not much the hotel can do about this. Will just have to wait until the area picks up.

I didnt like the design of the bathroom and toilet of the room. The room was a family room as in it had a double bed and a bunk bed. The room itself was comfortable in terms of amenities and sleeping arrangement. I was disappointed with the architect/designers when they decided to make the WC and Shower with no locks. They used an open concept that is suitable for couple but not for a family. The WC area wasn't entirely enclosed which means when a family member did their business, others would know and smell. I expected better planning and experience from an international chain like the ACCOR group. Made no sense to offer a family room like you would a single occupancy business traveler.

We went during fasting period so we believed the selection of the breakfast were not as fantastic, but then again, with the price we paid, we were just expecting clean rooms, but the hotel exceeded our expectation, fast check in / out process, polite reception staff and security guards, I think we have nothing to complain. The bed were decent, shower head pressure and temperature were great, no problems with sanitary system, TV, wifi.

The design of the toilet :) the whole room could fill with business smell because the door were not entirely enclosed. Though that would dissipate after 10-15 mins or so, yet could be a very long 10 mins :)

it was in a quite area. away from hustles of the city. it was calm and relaxing. parking was free but could just park outside, right opposite the hotel entrance. the bed was very comfortable. the gym was good. breakfast was a good variety. the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. the check out was easy please. the attached toilets’ and shower’s walls were not way up to the ceiling, it had a gap. but then there was no smells to the bedroom area coming, which indicates that the ventilation sucker was working pretty good. so no complaint.

Friendly staff , smiley face at all times to welcome you. Especially the security staff are always caring to ensure you have good day and very helpful. Breakfast is authentic and fresh . Good location closed to LEGOland , safety and well maintained. My children loving the bunk bed with TV, feels like home. Utmost importantly, universal charger and usb port . Highly recommended.

Room size is just nice, it is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite okay considering its cheap. We also love it that we can fill the water jug in the room from the water dispenser outside on our own.

Aircond was a bit warmer than usual hotels. Location wise, it is in an industrial area so there are many foreign workers around. We are okay with it though as we don't go out much.

Clean. 9/10. Just some area with unclean stain. Breakfast 8/10. Nasi Lemak is not too good. But croisant was superb. Staff 9/10. Friendly and helpful. Bed 9/10. Good. Clean. No effect to my sensitive skin.

TV cable channel. For me, no fav channel for me😅. Some stain cant be removed. Hotel area. Theres a lot foreigner hostel perhaps. So looks awkward for me as they hang out the way they do😅
