Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel

Excellent reception staff who provided wonderful assistance when I need to see a doctor to arrange for new medication. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and food was very good .

Room furnishings were a little old fashioned and could do with updating.

Everything is nice. Welcome and hospitality. Pineapple. The room instead of a water bottle for two. And daily a box of chocolate as a gift. The first two nights were classic.. Then we came back again for two nights in the Junior Suite. It was very luxurious, and the bar was free. It was a wonderful experience and preparing the room before bed with candles. Mrs. Barbara, thank you very much for the deal The kindness and classiness and the treatment of Mr. Yasser in serving us while eating. Thank you. Thank you. I had a nice experience in the hotel. It was my first experience in my visit to the island. I love you and I will come again

No negatives

Checking in was fantastic. Valerie at the reception was competent with excellent communication skills based on sound knowledge and understanding of customer relation linked to her job. She upgraded my room to luxurious suite and I was over the 🌙

I was double charged for one night 25th and when I enquired at reception,having noticed this discrepancy the lady lacked the skills to handle this. However this was resolved successfully by Saira with her expert Knowledge. Sorry to add this but I had such a fantastic time. WILL BE BACK SOON

We had a great time at Labourdonnais Waterfront over the New Year period. The staff went out of their way to make us feel very welcome (particularly our young daughter who loved her cuddly toy dodo and a chocolate on her pillow each night!) The staff were always kind and courteous, particularly the doormen and Arvind on the waiting staff. Many thanks to all for a very enjoyable stay!

The facility was very cozy and the staff were amazing. I especially enjoyed the hospitality and meeting of their remarkable receptionist named Victoria. She was warm and very cordial and made the check in process very smooth and efficient

Just that I couldn’t extend my stay

Locatiin is good in the heart of Waterfront. Friendly staff Clean room

Price was very high. Swimming pool and facilities not suitable for a 5 stars hotel. Despite of delayed Check in and long waiting for the room till 16:30 PM, they asked you next day to check out at 11:00 morning.

Its been 2 years since my last trip and the hotel and staff were fantastic. The hotel is in a great location and the service is impeccable. Cannot recommend the hotel enough for business travel and look forward to returning later this year and in years to come,.

There was an incident at breakfast. We waited for quite a long time to be served and I was told it was buffet.So I reminded the waiter that yesterday morning we were served cooked breakfast and the issue was resolved

We had a great stay and the room had everything we needed. The Staff was also very friendly and loved to help. The staff respect the Covid precautions but won't engage if a guest doesn't (sadly non of the hotels did this during our 4 week holidays)

There is a pond in the Lobby which looks great, but for one of the fish the water is to shallow.
