Gray Boutique Hotel Casablanca

The bathroom was really really nice with a great shower and more than enough towels and soap. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 3 children even if not a "presidential suite" The master bedroom was fully separated from the leaving room. Nice and cosy. Very nice and careful staff.

The worst was the electricity and lighting system, buttons not working all around the rooms, electrical curtains not functional, lighting of the leaving room was very poor. Not critical but we expected it more functional. The kitchen was empty: a couple of forks+knife, a minibar empty, a Nespresso without capsules, a kettle without even a tea bag,.... just 1 bottle of water and 3 decorative apples. The view from the 5th floor shows nothing more than poor buildings all around, not the best location even if it is central in the city. Some noise from the football match coming from a nearby TV speaker demonstrated some weakness in the insulation.

Seemed really new, felt like a proper hotel but also had the beauty of space with a lounge and kitchen. They were able to get us in for early arrival and gave drinks whilst we waited. access to room service. comfy bed and nice shower amenities.

The aircon wasn’t working which made it really hot. lack of glasses and no cutlery which meant you couldn’t cook anything. Quite noisy so walls thin and can hear people walking. Staff were less attentive as time went on unfortunately.

Great staff. Very responsive people. They made us breakfast earlier than usual. Thanks a lot! The room had water, tea/coffee, and towels. Very large spacious room, two TVs, refrigerator. Quite quiet, sometimes you can hear the garbage being taken out. There is a nice mini store next to the hotel where you can buy souvenirs. There are also restaurants nearby, a taxi is easy to get and a bus stop is within walking distance.

The hotel is in need of renovation. Not a major one, but to update the plumbing, beds, chairs. The air conditioning system is a bit strange; it always works for heat in one room.

will be staying in this hotel next time. the staff as mentioned in the reviews they are amazing very friendly & very helpful, the rooms are spacious & clean the neighborhood is calm and safe, parking is available. it was a very pleasant experience.

This is not a complain, as i have been provided an alternative, it was extremely hot outside in August so AC didn't feel so cool (as i'm used to very cool rooms, my mom was very happy with the room temperature) they immediately sent me a portable cooler, problem solved can't complain at all.

Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or providing any assistance needed, Khawla was always one step ahead, and her impeccable customer service skills left a lasting impression on me. The Executive suite is really good. Everything is premium and super clean The mattress is heaven. The staff was helpful and very courteous The location is pretty convenient too

The air conditioning system is a bit finicky and I couldn't reduce the speed of the fan view on the outside is unspectacular

The check-in process was excellent, we were attended to by Sa'ad and Khawla. They were very helpful and make us feel welcomed. The staff in general were excellent. Breakfast was as expected of a good hotel, very spacious and easy to serve. Rooms were excellent but we felt the bathroom was a little small in comparison to the suite. It is a decent size. During our daily excursions the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a very memorable experience.

The sofa was not as comfortable as it looked. The air conditioner was set to hot ( for the season) and we could not adjust to cold for the room.

Very nice location in the residential district of Anfa, Gray Hotel is a very welcoming hotel, since the moment you step in. Ayoub and Imane will let you feel like at home, swiftly checking in and being helpful and smiley at excellence. Room very comfortable, quiet and fitted with all necessaries amenities, I did like the amount of sockets available! Reasonable dinner menu: I believe most people usually dine in the city and come later to hotel. For me however a dinner in hotel is always a good option after a very tiring business day. Very good breakfast, too. Flawless wifi. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil! A bientot!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I want to extend a special thank you to Khawla at the reception desk for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and answered all my questions with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.
