Good value for the money

Upon our arrival at night, we were disappointed with the receptionist's unprofessional behavior and rudeness. However, our experience took a positive turn in the morning when we encountered Mr. Zakaria. He proved to be a friendly and welcoming receptionist, consistently maintaining a pleasant smile throughout our interaction. His warm demeanor and professionalism made us reconsider our initial impression, and we would be inclined to revisit solely based on his excellent customer service.

An inexpensive stay, housekeeping was very attentive, and the inside of the hotel felt safe. A good choice for a heavy sleeper on a budget.

A lot of noise filtered into the room, the elevator did not go to our floor, front desk arranged a ride to the airport but the cost was double what it should have been, we asked for something from our breakfast “to go” as we left at 6 a.m. and, after agreeing, nothing was provided, the bathroom window had no curtain and there were nearby balconies. The amount of rod construction near the hotel made walking difficult.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your excellent hospitality during my recent stay at your hotel. The hotel is beautifully located and the staff is simply outstanding. From the bellboy to the friendly receptionists to the cheerful housekeepers, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious and varied. I had originally planned to stay for only two days, but the excellent service kept me coming back for more. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Good location, okay breakfast.

We waited 10 minutes at the reception before the staff spoke to us and asked to wait until they sort of something. They gave us the wrong room key (for a room that wasn't cleaned yet) so we had to go back to the reception and ask for another room. The general state of the hotel is not very good, could be renovated and being better taken care of.

Beautiful hotel with the charm of the old days, the oldness adds to the charm ! The staff is super friendly and asked us about the things to improve ! The breakfast was included and was excellent. For the price we paid, it was a wonderful stay, and a good experience. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony and nice view over the street. The decoration of the room is very stylish and tasteful. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage in the supervised luggage room for free.

We couldn't connect to the wifi, but as we had a gsm bundle, it didn't matter much to us.

The location of the hotel is nice, walking distance to old medina, central market and city center with restaurants and shops. The room was confortable with a small nice balcony. The hotel is a little bit old, but it is good choice. The breakfast was also good and wifi works well.

The staff is not a strong point of the hotel, many people don't speak English and modes of work are not acceptable for the holet of 4* or something luxury what this hotel try to sell you.

Zakaria was very nice to us at the front desk. The only problem is we asked for a 3am wake up call. No one called or came to our room. When we went downstairs to check out, no one was there. the lights were dim. Our taxi was waiting and we had to leave for our flight right away. It's a very nice hotel, and the breakfast offered is very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the second time, and once again, the standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional staff. Mouad, Zakaria, and youness were not only professional but also friendly and genuinely funny, elevating my overall experience. Their warm hospitality made up for what I found to be average amenities and room quality. However, it's worth noting that the cleanliness of the room was commendable. As a returning guest, I can confidently say that the staff's dedication truly makes this hotel worth considering for future stays.

The staff were all helpful specially Zakaria LACHHAB he was professional friendly and helpful and always giving you that comfort when ever he’s around, the location was very central just 15min walk to the Medina and the main square with lot of different choices of food and shops .It’s located right at a busy street with easy access to a taxi

The sixth floor corridor floor looks really dirty and sometimes the lack of warm water other than that everything is valued for the money.
