Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs

My stay at Relax Hotel was satisfactory, although not outstanding. The staff, particularly the security guard and cleaning lady, were notably friendly and kind. Upon initially discovering the absence of towels in the room, the staff promptly addressed our request and provided the necessary towels. The room boasted a spacious closet, but the safe was non-functional. Due to the absence of a microwave in the room, we utilized the one available downstairs in the dining area.

While the room itself was clean with a mall view, the constant operation of the ventilation system created a persistent pitched sound, proving disruptive, especially at night. Additionally, inadequate sound insulation allowed for clear audibility of guests in the adjacent room. An extra door opening to the next room raised concerns, as both sets of guests could open the doors from their side. Ideally, these doors should remain closed unless specifically requested by the guests.

Hotel in a convenient location close to Casa Voyageurs station. The location allows you to walk from the station to the hotel in 10 minutes. Tasty, varied breakfast buffet. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping center, which allows for possible shopping.

There is no hairdryer in the room. Difficult drainage of water from the shower tray in the bathroom made it difficult to take a shower. The suspended toilet bowl did not hold firmly to the wall and moved slightly under pressure, creating a feeling of instability. These shortcomings are worth fixing.

This hotel provides guests with modern, practical, and functional accommodations. My room was air-conditioned and equipped with bed linen and towels, as well as a desk, a kettle, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The Casa-Voyageurs Railway Station (the largest railway hub in the country) is only a 10-minute walk away (650 m) and a huge shopping centre is literally next door.

Beware! The traffic is chaotic. I almost got run over (more than once) while I was crossing the road to get to the hotel. And I was on a wide and clearly marked pedestrian crossing!

I used Relax hotel chain twice during my stay in Morocco. The hotel is very welcoming and professional, the place was about 6 walking minutes far from casa voyageur which is very convenient, no need to get a taxi , I came by train from Marrakech and next day I took another train from same station to the Casablanca airport. The place has all what we needed to sleep comfortably , bathroom is very good with supplied , coffee maker comes with the room , we asked for it when we didn’t find it and they sent it to the room with some coffee and tea . They greeted us with cold lemon juice and mint tea and some cookies. This place was very good for the purpose and value

Nothing negative about the property or the staff , the hotel entrance is very near to the shopping mall

Comfortable business like hotel. It is simple but worked well for us. We spent one night and had to take the train to the airport at 5am so the location within walking distance to the train station was perfect. We didn’t have to negotiate with a taxi driver at 5am, with our luggage and on the way to the airport (no bargaining power) and be refused if not agreeing to pay 3-4 times the regular price, as it could happen in Morocco. And the area was safe even at 5am. That being said, we had no problem to get the taxi to put the meter when going to the Grand Mosque. For your info, it costs 15 dirhams for a 15min drive. The hotel is part of the building of the mall which has a big supermarket with some ready to go meals and a food court with fast food, Moroccan style (we had good skewers)

The shower, even if it has a glass door, splashes the floor that gets all wet. (This is a regular thing in all the Moroccan hotels and riads we stayed)

The staff is really nice and welcoming. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. I booked only for two nights to see if it’s good but I decided to extend my stay in the hotel because I really like it and it’s just next doors to Tachfine Centre which is a big mall with everything you need including a huge supermarket. I will definitely stay in the hotel again when i’m in Casablanca.

The Wi-fi was a bit slow but I recommend one to get a free Moroccan sim card and for 10 euros or 100 dirhams you will get 10GB of data.

While we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were seved with complementary fresh juice, and later on with Moroccon tea. The location is great because it is right next to a mall, so you have a lot of options to eat, shop and also an option for currency exchange. Taxis were readily available from the front of the hotel. It is also close to the train station Casa Voyageurs. After we complained about the breakfast on our second day, the next day breakfast was good and back to normal. We could leave the luggage at the hotel on our checkout day. Staff was friendly and cooperative throughout our stay. Special shout out goes to Ummaimah, Mariam, Fahad and Reeta. They also offered us complementary tea after we checked out and while we waited in the lobby.

We had to wait 10-12 minutes before our room was ready, and this was already within the check-in timings (we arrived around 15:40). I would expect the room to be ready when I arrive. The breakfast experience at the second day was bad because we had to wait 20-25 minutes before we could eat anything as everything was finished (we arrived for breakfast at 09:45). Kitchen staff was either very less or too slow to meet the requirements of the guests, and there were not many when we arrived. Whenever we made a request, it was entertained, but we had to chase them for it. Toiletries were below average.

Clean, modern, in a mall with lots of restaurants and supermarket (Marjane). 15 minutes walk to Casa Voyageurs train station. Front desk staff Zenid was friendly, courteous and helpful. They gave us mint tea and biscuits upon arrival because we used Booking. We felt very welcome; highly recommend this hotel!

You need to be careful about closing shower door just right to avoid water all over bathroom floor after. Also the shampoo container was empty. We told the front desk when we checked out, but the maid should have checked when cleaning.

one of the best hotels I have visited, for me it is an obligation to come to this property, in addition to the excellent tourist location, I come for the great service and especially for the staff, always friendly, friendly, professional, polite, nice and very pleasant to be in the company of the guys at the reception. impeccable breakfast service, great and varied food, the staff is always available and ready to meet any need of the customer. I highly recommend for your stay in casblanca. a greeting to all the guys of the structure

The free upgrade to a suite was lovely so thank you for that. Modern hotel, near to Casa Voyageurs train station. Check in was smooth, friendly and professional. Once in my room (actually 2 rooms with 2 toilets) I was left alone to sleep which is what I needed. It wa clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was amazing, probably one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. I have no issues recommending this hotel to you.

There was no coffee sachets available to make coffee in the morning. And the view out of the window was of waste land and rubble. Nothing much else.
