It’s a small room with few amenities like no coffee machine. You have to go to the restaurant for ice. No nearby market I could see for goodies.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant. We were treated like family. The room was spacious, bright, and quiet. They have a very varied buffet breakfast for all tastes, and its location is close to a supermarket and public transport. I must mention that the hotel manager is very charismatic and responsive, and if there is any problem, she will solve it immediately and positively.

Fantastic cleanliness, very good comfort of the room. Great breakfast in a firm of buffet, on the top floor, so the breakfast area was great as well. Free underground parking. TV with Netflix as well!

Maybe not so nice location for a longer stay - not so many restaurants snd good shops in the area. But on the other hand there is an underground station just behind the corner.

Hotel is clean - the room was properly cleaned every day. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, both at the check-in desk and at the restaurants. Food at the restaurant is a good value for money and I enjoyed eating there on multiple occasions - they have a very relaxed atmosphere, no pressure in asking you to order but very efficient/fast when you order food. For the purpose of my trip, the hotel is well located.

So breakfast could be improved. Adding some veggies, hams, cheese, yoghurt and more fruit would a long way to improving breakfast. Coffee wasn't bad at all.

The staff was very nice and accommodating to my request. The room was very pleasant. They had a safe which held my important paperwork (passport/ID etc). The Mini-fridge was great as well, so that I can purchase my own waters/snack etc. The working air conditioner was a definite plus. There is a vending machine on the main floor (PB). The breakfast I was able to get up earlier to try it out, it was able $6 and the it wasn't that bad. There was a cook-to-order chef there to make an omelet for you. The hotel is literally about 2-3 blocks away from the Rey | Bella Vista Grocery story, Address: C. 43 Este, Panamá, Panama. The nearest Metro train station is Santo Tomas. Walking distance to the Cinta Costera, nice photo moment. Late Check-out: I asked for a possibility for a late check-out and they have definitely accommodate me. I was able to check-out at 3pm for about $10 (which was very convenient). The restaurant on the 6th floor was accessible via elevator and also stairs as well. The Eddie the server was very nice, and definitely tried to get me what I need with my English. The food I had the first night which was the Dinner Special, Salmon, salad and potatoes. It was nice.

I wish they would have better working irons and especially ironing board. Microwave - there isn't one in the rooms, but the attendant Kayden - asked for the restaurant to warm up my meal for me which was great. I wish they had a pool, it would've been a nice add amenity. I work for a hotel back in Chicago, I wish if I was the owner, I would definitely make some enhancements to make more comfortable.

The space was good for our group, the beds very comfortable (this is a lifesaver after walking so much everyday), the shower spacious, and the AC a necessity! We felt at home after our big days exploring the city. The TV was nice too, although you have to log in to your own platforms. The cleaning was well done, the facilities were good for what we needed, middle of the line. The location near the subway stop of Santo Tomas worked very well for us! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was included in our purchase. We really liked the more traditional local food days but there were several days with poor quality food. The combo of pancakes/fries/cold hot dogs really wasn't worth it. The days with good breakfast (omelets fresh, corn cakes and traditional breads, quiche) were much better but rather few for our week long stay. It is hot (because there is no AC on) in the hallways and building aside from front desk/cafeteria which can be really humid but we understand that's probably typical for many places nearby. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the check-in was smooth after we accessed wi-fi. It might be more convenient to be able to book online in advance vs pay at the location although we did reserve it in advance. Otherwise fine!

Comfortable room, spacious , clean and modern. Breakfast was good, just about enough options , standard of food was ok. Breakfast staff very friendly, except the omlette chef who didnt speak.

Stayed 3 nights and each night asked at reception for a iron , eventually on the third night they brought us a iron. When we arrived there were 2 people behind reception serving 1 person , we entered reception, there was no greeting ,no acknowledgement. We waited 5 minutes to be seen. Its easy to say hello, welcome . First impressions count.

Very good hotel in a good price

Bad location. Far from everything. Nowhere nearby to eat or drink. The only choice was the hotel's restaurant.

Excellent value for money in Panama. Decent breakfast, good Aircon, super parking, restaurant on top floor, supermarket and laundry round the corner, metro round the other corner. Did us wonderfully well so we extended our stay to four nights.

Slight odour in the room and not a very enticing view from the window but this did not affect our stay at all. Beware that there is construction work ongoing to a building on one side of the hotel and they start early in the morning. It only impacts that side of the hotel.

The room was affordable and very clean, adequate with comfortable bed and WORKING INTERNET IN EVERY ROOM AND FLOOR, INCLUDING THE RESTAURANT! Room has TV with good selection of English speaking channels and great A/C! Delicious food in the restaurant with great service. They even packed up some salt for me to-go because I had a sore throat and wanted to take it with me to gargle with water.

Slightly noisy with people chatting in the hallways and having a get together in their room. Wasn't too bad and did NOT go on into the late hours of the night.
