The staff was very kind and helpful, all of them at all times, even when they didnt have to be nice. A male worker was fixing something on my floor, saw me exit the elevator with my shopping and ran to me and carried all my bags to my room. Excellent service! Great buffet breakfast! There was a wide variety and they changed the menu everyday. The Bistro staff was very friendly. The checkin clerks were super helpful. A mistake was made in my reservation and they fixed it quickly without any argument or discussion. They aimed to please. The location was super ideal... it's in Albrook Mall! Lol... Good job Marriott!

I absolutely loved the location: not only was it inside of the mall which was a plus, but it was very easy to get a taxi/metro to get to other places. I also loved the restaurants located in the hotel, the view from my room, which allowed me to see planes land and take off, the cleanliness of the property and the helpful staff.

The only issue I had about the stay which was minor, was the attention to detail from housekeeping; they had to be reminded how many persons were in the room to provide the requisite supplies or sometimes we had to call the front desk to have them sent up. Otherwise, everything else was exceptional.

The hotel is conveniently located inside Albrook Mall, close to the public transportation system (Albrook metro station, bus station, and taxis). Panama Canal, port, inner-city airport, financial district, and old town (Casco Antiguo) are close (5-10 minutes by car). The first-floor restaurant is a superb Peruvian-Asian fusion option. The staff is kind and helpful. The value-for-money ratio is excellent. It is a good option for business or leisure travel, alone, in a couple or family.

It really was great service, from checking in to checking out it was smooth and they were responsive. I found that service generally in Panama was okay but particular better at the hotel. I loved that it literally is attached to the mall which is huge and felt very safe with police patrolling enforcing mask mandate. The hotel also has a a Japanese fusion bar, great drinks and dessert.

the coffee in the buffet didn’t seem freshly made, it was okay, so we ate there only one. it’s not right in the heart to where you can walk to sightsee but it’s super easy to get an Uber and get over to almost anywhere in 10-15 minutes if not less. you pass calidonia which looks a little sketchy and it can alarm new visitors but it truly feels super safe in the hotel and neighboring area. we enjoyed our stay very much!

I stayed here solo one night in order to be right next to the Albrook Transportation Terminal, which is a few minute walk. Also convenient indoor entrance to the Albrook Mall. Comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean room. Not a hotel to stay for the view lol. Friendly staff. I used the free access to computer to print papers that I needed. I didn't go in the pool, but walked up to see it and looked very nice. I used the gym, which was adequate, although see my notes about the mats. As pleasant and consistent as this hotel is, I'd only stay again or recommend if you absolutely need to be right next to the mall or transportation terminal. Otherwise, way more fun to be in the city, closer to all that the city has to offer.

The gym mats are very disappointing... they're ratty and over-used, and slip all over the floor surface. Hotel should replace them with clean, non-slip mats.

The exceptional treatment provided by our concierge Ms Diana was well appreciated. She checked often on our immediate needs and ensured they were met. Very satisfied about that service!!!! The breakfast service was very good and the staff was helpful and attentive.

The service at the Restaurant was poor. On three occasions we found the attendants pay us little attention, on one occasion we waited over 30 minutes before we were given a menu and thereafter the service progressed poorly . On another occasion they turned off tv and music while patrons were still dining. Staff members walked out one by one, leaving behind a couple staff. We kept asking for our food bill and was ignored. It was distasteful, eventually I went to the counter and waited until the bill was issued. We never bothered to eat at the restaurant for the remaining of our visit. I highly recommend some changes made in that department.

This is the best place to stay in Panama City if you have a flight leaving Albrook the next day. American-style hotel, perfectly comfortable. $5 taxi ride to the Albrook airport (5-10 mins). Wonderful buffet breakfast. Located within a gigantic mall if you have time to kill and looking for something to do. It’s also the central bus terminal, so lots of interesting things to see with all the movement. The hotel is very quiet, though.

The shower water pressure was low and could use a better shower head.

This location was a perfect place for us to use as a base for our tour adventures(5 tours in six days). Also easy, fast Uber access to downtown, the Causeway, Casco Viejo, and both Tocumen and Allbrook aeropuertos, and the Allbrook Mall (huge), as well as the Albrook Transportation Center. Great staff and rooms.

Hotel is still on early COVID precautions. They should require all guests to be vaxxed & boosted, and drop the mask requirement. Hotel taxis are way too expensive, and the Yellow Cab drivers are annoying with loud music, too many questions, and no change. Download the app, and use Uber - you will save big bucks.
