Wonderful pool area & good location ...... without is the doubt best selling points . Very nice beach and very close to local restaurants which you can walk to along the beach.

Breakfast and overall menu needs a vast upgrade and improvement in quality to be in line with other 5 star resorts.....almost everywhere we ate outside of the resort was better quality food including hotels with less star ratings.

The staff were amazing! They go beyond and make you feel welcome to the resort.

The facilities needed work. For the price per night, I would have expected the place to be topnotch. Maintenance of the facilities should be a priority.

Seda Lio is a nice and big resort located on the nice Lio Beach, a little bit north of El Nido, close to the El Nido airport, ideal location if you do not want to be caught in the chaotic downtown. At the same time you are also closer to Nacpan beach and to other viewpoints in the north. The rooms are big, spacious and clean, with a nice balcony. The water used by the hotel is from a special supplier, so the massive water issues in El Nido are less present here and you be more relaxed (but always pay attention) The breakfast has plenty of options, however whenever some food is finished, it takes quite a lot of time to be replaced (e.g. milk). The pool is big and clean, and the beach is wonderful. Here you can use the kayak for free, for example, or play a little bit of beach tennis. There is a signpost warning on the presence of nik-nik, however we did not experience (almost) any bite. The staff is always nice and helpful, although service is a little bit impersonal, mainly due to the big size of the hotel. We experienced the release of the turtles in the ocean and it was magical! Within walking distance (5 min) there are plenty of dining opportunities, in case you do not want to eat in the resort, and the path is illuminated

I did not like how the hotel is structured, so that to walk from one place to another you need to make some path, like through the bar or through the outside part of the restaurant. The pool is nice and the water is warm, however there are a lot of sharp edges that can be dangerous for kids. There could be more sunbeds available, either at the pool or at the beach.

Great resort by the beach, quiet and clean, with great facilities. Very good service from the staff, good food, drinks, and very well located. 20 min by scooter to the town of El Nido, 20-25 min from some of the most amazing beaches I've ever been to, and 3 min from the airport, In the beginning, we thought that it would be noisy because of all the planes, but we immediately relaxed as the airport only had a few flights per day and didn't bother us at all. Also, Lio Beach is only 5 5-minute walking distance from the hotel. There, you can find very cozy bars and restaurants with amazing food, and live music, and there is a convenience store which really comes in handy.

Great hotel with amazing service. The rooms were big with a large balcony. The pools were perfect along with the pool bar. The beach was fantastic and the water was so clear. Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Only a 5 minute walk along the beach to other restaurants, drugstore, and more. The staff were all so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The lobby area, hallway from the lobby to the third floor rooms, and the area at the outer edge of the restaurant needs more lighting. There is no bathroom in the lobby which is inconvenient.

The location is great, it's on the beautiful Lio beach! the sunset is breathtaking and you can do lot's of water activities. The rooms are great, beds are comfy, the washrooms are well kept and clean. The breakfast was good, could differently add more variety food and coffee. The pool was great, I went swimming almost everyday during my stay. The Staff are friendly, and always ready to help. They have helped us thoroughly, starting from the airport pickup till our last day and the airport drop off. If I remember correctly, I would love to thank especially mr. Nathaniel who assisted us till the very end when were dropping our luggage at the airport!

The hotel ambiance and staff

Our Lanai was not clean, our room was full of sand from previous guests.

The location was very near the airport, beautifully laid out, and provided a wonderful view of the El Nido islands. The heated pool was also amazing. Staff members were pleasant, and provided swift assistance.

It took a while to deliver in-room requests, such as food orders and other amenities. Menu options at the hotel’s sole restaurant were limited. Room service was only available until 10pm. Beachfront was also a bit dirty, and had sand flies, which could be a potential hazard.

The hotel is only 1 km from the airport, with a confortable free airport shuttle service. The Deluxe room provides you all you need, and is next to comfortable also very clean. The in-hoise restaurant has a good quality and outside activities can be booked at the activities desk. Some activitiea are complementary, like snorkling, paddle board, volleyball etc. The walk to the village over the beach just takes you a bit over 5 minutes. At the moment we stayed at the hotel, the beach had some nik-nik. (Off spray can be bought in the nearby Mercury supermarket). Absolutely the best hotel I have been so far.

Seda Lio is a luxurious and well facillitated hotel about 15-20 minute trike from El Nido town. We were very well looked after during our stay by the staff including the on site nurse to treat a coral injury. The pool is absolutely fantastic and very warm for a nice evening swim. There was a big wedding in the hotel but this did not affect our experience the staff seemed very professional and able to deal with the large event as well as regular guests. The beach is lovely and we didn't actually have any issues with sand fleas dispite all the warnings. The reception does give you some natural repellant which is a nice touch though.
