The room was exceptionally clean & well presented. Location was near to centre

Nothing was actually wrong, but for interest the hotel is very compact, as are the rooms. Also, it is an ideal place to sleep, but is not like a bigger hotel with large shared spaces. The advertised bar is not really true, it is a short length of counter & they had no wine or full facilities for a social drink. In fairness, they directed us to the nearby town centre that has many good bars & restaurants. The website gives the impression of a bigger hotel, it is a small place but very well run & a great place to sleep.

We stayed on the top floor. Was cute. Felt like staying at the top floor of a doll house. Simple but clean room. Quiet. Location was perfect. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, and the river boats, etc. Check in was smooth, quick, and she answered my questions, gave me a map, and even recommended and booked a table at a seafood restaurant 5 minutes away. Be aware that parking could be an issue. I think they only had 3 spaces at the property. Otherwise, you park somewhere nearby on the street. Overall, I wouldo stay again.

The location was excellent, in easy walking distance to most of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had requested at the time of booking gluten free options for breakfast, and all the staff were aware and provided appropriate food. The personal touches were wonderful, like providing chocolates and snacks in the room (even a gluten free option!).

The elevator is tiny. Parking is on the street (pay parking).

This hotel is more a boutique hotel with extra trimmings. Lovely touch of cake and chocolate in the rooms. Perfect location for exploring the town and wandering along the banks of the river. Fabulous breakfast, cooked, pastries, cereals and fruits. Fresh squeezed orange juice and good coffee machine. Only thing missing were the Pastel de Natas, needed one to meet my doctors orders of taking 3 a day, or as needed 😉

It is a very nice hotel on the quieter side of the canal. Breakfast was very good and all inside hotel looking good and new. All attractions and nice walks around the city are reachable from here. And it is so easy to use Uber to go to the beaches or Costa Nova or other attractions close by. And we so recommend taking the canal tour with Incrivelodisseia and have Dora the guide sail with you.

I came with my mom first time to portugal and for the first time we visit Aviero. we really loved and were truly happy with our choice to stay in this hotel. the staff were very nice and helpful. our room were the best ! with a view to the river and it was so nice to wake up in the morning and see this view. the room was very clean and also it was so nice we had water and tea and all for free and available. it was very clean and we loved it ! the breakfast was wonderful and very good . nothing was missing. I want to write a special thank you to such a nice and lovely lady there - Naara . a very special warm smiling lady that really made our stay be so wonderful ! ! we surly come back to this hotel once we come back to beautiful Aviero !

The location and the room were both wonderful (top floor, canal view). The young woman who checked us in (3/17) was so helpful, friendly. All the staff, really, were helpful. Aveiro is a lovely city; we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was adequate, but more variety would have been appreciated. The fresh orange juice is wonderful. Btw, tongs for each person=a great idea!

Nicely renewed building with excellent location, in a short 5 min walk you will be in heart of Aveiro "downtown" and facing the water channels. The staff at the reception desk was really helpful and answered all our queries (restaurants and sightseeing) and sold us ticket to boat trip with discount. Clean and comfortable room (although the room air freshener was a little strong). Regular continental breakfast (with Portuguese and quality products like coffee and cutlery). If you are travelling by car, ask the reception to provide a card to park the car in the hotel street as all the neighborhood is not parking free.

Some noise coming from the construction site in the other side of the channel, but that's something the hotel cannot control :)

The reception staff very helpful. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. So we left our luggage in reception and went for a walk (we had traveled on a motorcycle) when we got back, our luggage was in our room. The hotel is in a good location to get around. Bedroom and bathroom clean and ample storage.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as others we’ve been too

Location was central, yet on the edge of a busy area so noise was not an issue. The reception staff were friendly and efficient checking us in and out. The breakfast was very good and the staff were on hand to explain the coffee machine et cetra. There was water in our room for us, as well as two pastries and two chocolates. Thank you to all staff in a job well done.
