The room was exactly as pictured and in excellent condition, giving off a brand-new feel. The staff accommodated my late checkout request with short notice. Additionally, upon request, they immediately provided an iron and steamer for the duration of the stay. The location was very central yet quiet, and the option for paid parking nearby at a reasonable price was convenient. Overall, it was great value for money.

Minor improvements could include providing extra complimentary coffee pods, as well as offering a selection of teas and creamer. Additionally, while the decor was clean and simple, it felt somewhat empty. However, these suggestions do not significantly detract from the overall very positive experience.

Nice, good sized, comfortable and stylish room.

Communication was a bit cumbersome. We arrived 15 minutes late for checkin (our fault of course but can happen while traveling..) which we tried to communicate in time but could not reach anyone on the phone numbers provided. Nevertheless 40 minutes later when we managed to reach someone, the receptionist was kind enough to come back and check us in late. I still don’t understand why do they provide someone’s private phone number that is not working, if we would have been able to contact the reception directly, all issues could have been avoided providing a much nicer experience.

Great location. Great facilities. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. The property has a lift, kitchen facilities and air conditioning. Walking distance to landmarks. Apartment was spacious and well decorated.

There were no kitchen towels and pot holders for the kitchen but other than that this is a great apartment to stay in long term and very close to the landmarks.

Great location and beautiful apartment. Right in the center of the city and close to the main attractions. We had 2 issues when we arrived to the room (wif-fi pass was not working and the mini fridge appeared to not be working) that were solved really quick! It was a wonderful stay. The staff also was also very kind and let us storage our bags for free after the check out so we could enjoy our last hours in the city without our bags.

property was modern, very clean and is in the best location in the center of the city, walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery and a short distance to the bus and train station. The staff are all nice and accommodating and very quick to answer all questions.

For two nights stay - it was perfect. We have everything we need! If one stays longer for a week or months, you might need a kitchen sink to wash dishes although there is one tiny dishwasher for quick need!

- Communication about check-in and check-out process could be improved. Had difficulties in receiving a proper receipt. - Be aware that there is no permanent reception and, as of March, no breakfast available. Taxis cars seem to be not allowed to park in that street, so there might be difficulties for guests with limited mobility.

This apartment was modern, comfortable and well equipped. Everything we wanted to see/do in Braga was very close indeed. The staff were very welcoming and communications were easy. We didn’t have a car, but it was quite easy to get to the apartment from the train station. We enjoyed our time here very much

Location, design, mattress were great! We would certainly book again.

Toilet mounting issue, created sewage smell in the unit. Wireless required sign in every couple of hours. We feel a few wide angle/panoramic shots of the rooms would be to your advantage. The studio was more spacious than expected.

The location and the view from the room simply could not be better.

The room has been renovated following all the latest design cues. But many, if not most of them, are there to make style statements and are neither practical nor functional.
