Citadines Connect City Centre Singapore

We were allowed to check in before the check in time. The rooftop pool was delightful and not busy. The hotel was quiet. The bedrooms were decorated with taste. Free access to snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the mini-bar was a nice touch.

Amazing location minutes away from the metro station, bus connections and Plaza Singapura. Everything I needed was within a 5 min walk. Staff were helpful & room very comfortable. Free soft drinks & snacks (mini bar) in the room was a great addition and meant I could relax after a long day without worrying about running up a large bill.

No proper room set aside to shower in after a long day in the heat & humidity of the city. Guests can use the shower area for the rooftop pool but there is no hairdryer so I had to board the 14hr flight home with wet hair, which was far from ideal.

Newer hotel felt very well maintained and clean. Room was a bit bigger than expected. Very nice and quiet rooftop pool. The location was fantastic, the MRT was just opposite the property. The staff was very accommodating in receiving a parcel and extending our stay for an additional night. The mini bar is complementary and replenished daily which was a welcome surprise.

We set the room to do not disturb on several occasions and we found that housekeeping would come in to tidy up regardless, instructions on how to use the switches properly would be welcomed.

The staff were amazing especially Sean on reception. He went out of his way to correct a problem we had and the solution was perfect. The pool area is charming and quiet. Although small the room was efficient and made packing up easy.

Breakfast restaurant was not open. We could only get food at the pool.

Recently renovated rooms. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower. Free upgrade from superior to deluxe queen room. Complimentary in-room mini-bar, water, coffee/tea and snacks. Daily housekeeping by same and very friendly cleaning staff. 3 fast elevators. In-house café next to lobby and in-house restaurant on top floor. Short walking distance to Orchard Road, Fort Canning park, Plaza Singapura shopping mall and MRT station (3 lines).

Road traffic audible in rooms facing Clemenceau Avenue, despite soundproofing.

Great central location within walking distance of the Bay, the CBD, Chinatown and Little India but close to a train station (MRT) when you’ve walked enough. Comfortable room with all amenities. Lovely rooftop pool and bar area, although it was closed for a private function when we were there.

Room was on the small side. I thought it was expensive, but probably average for Singapore.

The location of this hotel is a huge bonus. We were only 1/2 block from the metro station ( which had 3 lines) and this made it so easy to traverse the city and see and do so many things in the days were were in Singapore. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was well designed and the large walk in shower was great. The room is well insulated and we heard no noises from other rooms or the outside. There is a mall and also many restaurants nearby.

We did not purchase the breakfast meal as we felt it was expensive for breakfast and there were other options in the neighborhood

I like the location. I like the customer service officers. My family and I liked one particular customer service officer. Her name is Sherlyn. She provided us excellent service. She would accomodate our requests as far as possible and always put on a smile despite our many requests. Her responses were very fast and always caring. She was the best officer there. No parking and no laundry. Other than that, we loved everything especially the customer service officer Sherlyn.

good location close to Dhoby Ghaut metro station, friendly staff

too cold in the lobby and room the air-conditioner had a default temperature of 20“C, it always forget our selected value, so we switched it off

I loved the location and the room itself. The bathroom was beautiful and modern, and the room was clean and cozy. Room service was great and kept our room tidy, and the free refreshments were a nice touch. The location made it easy for us to get to tourist spots, restaurants, malls and transportation.

The pool is a bit underwhelming and the gym was a tiny room with very limited items (no dumbbells). I would suggest not marketing it as a gym, but rather a micro gym or something. Lovely hotel otherwise but we did find it inconvenient as we had planned to do some working out.
