Room is clean. Comfortable stay. Cool Air con Everyday room cleaning. Friendly and helpful staffs. By Mr. Montree and Mr. Jimmy they help with direction to places of attraction and introduce good local food They really show a great sense of enthusiasms for helping me.. I also would also like to thanks Housekeeping Roslan for keeping the room neat and clean. I will definitely come back and introduce my friends in the Phillipines to come this hotel. Salamat .

I had a very excellent experience throughout my stay here. I made a request for a particular type of room, and the staff was generous in accommodating to that. Special thanks Jimmy and Mr Montree for the very friendly services. Also, the room is spacious enough for us and was kept clean all the time with the daily cleaning service. Wifi provided is good too. The most favorite part of my stay was that it is located very close to most of the city attractions, public transport, and a hawker food place.

Property is near MRT/Bus station and hawker centers. Front desk staff Montree is very accomodating and friendly. He was able to provide all the things we requested and needed.

Had paint smell in the room but the staff were helpful to get rid of the smell. Stiff bed

The location is excellent and the front desk staff, Jimmy and Montree, were very friendly and helped me with advice on where to eat and were avaliable for all my needs.

No complaints, the hotel is nothing fancy but for the price and location I would say it has all you need.

It's one of the cheaper options in Singapore in a good location near Chinatown, with fast wifi and lots of restaurant options nearby. Decent rooms, nothing fancy but it works. Big thanks to Montree, the front desk worker for being helpful in answering my questions.

The location is very accessible and near to the train station. And the manager Mr. Montree is very helpful and accommodating. He is very approachable and really hands-on to all the need of the hotel guest.

since I was ground level it wasn’t so quiet. I could hear everything in the streets and lobby.

The property is near ALL of the tourist atteactions and the staff are very friendly. They are willing to help you. I highly recommend this hotel to those who doesnt want to walk much in Singapore as it is VERY NEAR to the bus stations and MRT.

A little pricey.

Hotel was clean and well located. It's probably the best of the cheap Chinatown Hotels. Staff were friendly and always very helpful with thanks especially to Montree, Jimmy and Shao Qi.
