Bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom are thoughtfully laid out. Very clean. Quiet. Excellent air conditioning. Great for one person but would be tight for two. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. A major bus stop is at the top of the street.

The hotel is located in the former red light district. There are still sex shops and tatoo parlors around. The majority of people on the street are young to middle aged men...like 90% of the people. On the hotel's street there was litter and several overflowing garbage bins...every day. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel comfortable walking at night in this area. Wifi was slow.

Quiet, public transport & food convenience. First, buy Ez-link card. MRT to Aljunied. Check bus stop board, & look for "Opp Mohd Salleh mosque", 2 stops to get down. ABC shop, that's where Lorong 10 is. To Changi airport, walk across & thro Lorong 11. Across road is Sims Ave bus stop. Look for "Eunos stn', & count stops to get down. Sheng Siong is a 24hr supermarket is across the road, to the R of ABC shop. NOTE: For average size people to get into shower panel door. Both of us use 20" trolley luggages. No issue with space.

The shower door doesn't close entirely, it is just a half door, so when you shower you either have to be really careful or you will have water all over the toilet/bathroom (combined). Also the electricity plug in is far from the bed--it's hard to charge your gadgets.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made check-in a breeze and were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. The room itself was absolutely spotless and very comfortable to live in. It was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The bed was ultra comfortable and I had a great night's sleep every night. The hotel itself was also kept extremely clean. It was clear that the staff took great care in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff was top-notch and the room was comfortable and clean. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

Staff is not quite interaction with guess, i's leaving in the morning , sent the key card back, staff were no saying Thank you or goodbye or asking how go to the airport even i told them 2 days in advance for helping to call a grab

about the only place we could find that was adorable on our backpacking budget - this was cheaper than two beds in dorm. room was what to expect from an Ibis comfy and clean. very good shower and the staff on the door were so lovely

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the location was convenient for transport and cheap places to eat.

I'm not sure I would feel safe if I were a single female, as there seemed to be a lot of men hanging about.

Room was spotlessly clean and well-presented. It was a reasonable room size for a budget hotel in Singapore. The 12 noon standard check-out time is handy if on a late onward flight. The guys on reception were friendly and helpful. Kallang MRT is just a ten minute walk away, mainly along busy roads, so getting around the city is easy.

The room was small but more than enough for those who go there for sleeping only. Importantly, there are few rooms per floor, as a result, it is very quite at night (noise sensitive people as myself would appreciate).

Some facilities such as iron, safe, and fridge were absent, I wish they provided them to further improve the experience.

Receptionist is very helpful and approachable. Checked in fast and without so much hassle. The room is also quite and clean. The hotel location has plenty of restaurants around. Transportation is also accessible by Bus and Train in a walking distance.

We stayed for 3nights on the 2nd day we requested to make up our room. The room service refused. She said she will clean it up when we check out. That was so upsetting as we wanted our room cleaned.
