The hotel is a 10 min walk from the metro and my room although it was small it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. For the duration of my staying which was only 2 nights, it was perfect, I could not ask for more. Additionally the staff was really nice and friendly.

The staff were very nice, the room was very clean due to daily housekeeping. It had everything we needed for our travels in Singapore. The hotel even had a cold water dispenser. Even though the location was about a 25min bus ride to Marina Bay, it was still good. 10 min walk to old airport road which had great food choices, and 2 min walk to Hua Convenience which had good cheap snacks 24/7. The room was small but this is expected in Singapore especially for the price paid.

The shower head was not the best, it would shoot water at high pressures. It would sit on an angle facing the wall so it was hard to get your whole body wet at once. The head could also only be set so low so if you're very short you may have to take it off and hold it yourself. Also there is a shower curtain as shown in pictures.

Honestly a very good place for a smaller budget. Room was small, but we had enough space for luggages. Very clean room with good hot shower with curtains. They also provide cold and hot water at reception. Wifi was good and location was very good, buses are 2 minutes walking, 12 for metro & you can be downtown in 15 minutes in both options. There is also a very good restaurant 1 minutes walk.

Bathroom had a sewage smell so we had to keep the door closed. Road is a bit weird at night but I didn’t felt unsafe either. Just walking by anyway.

1. Service - Kudos to Mark of Reception who is very helpful and accommodating. The staffs are very nice. Tip: The hotel has service umbrellas in case you will be traveling during the rainy months of Singapore like us. An added point for the guests. 2. Cleanliness - the hotel is clean and is living up to what Singapore as a whole is. 3. Location - even located in a busy area where there are bars nearby, it is incredibly quiet inside the hotel so we are well rested all through our stay.

1. Room - we occupied the room on the last row and on the corner so the layout is different from the rest and it is too narrow considering we have luggage with us. We have seen other rooms as we pass by during our stay and they have a better positioning of the beds giving extra space. This is a good point I should consider next time in booking hotels. Or maybe a thought the hotel might consider checking with their guest during check-in. 2. Location - though the hotel is easy to find from Aljuneid Metro Station, I did not consider that the 10-minute walk isn't easy or short when you are with luggage and a 70-year-old mum. Points to consider hotel goers in case you will take the metro or with items of luggage.

A The hotel is based next to a bus stop and many eateries, some of them Halal too, which is great. The location is in the infamous red light district but did not feel unsafe and we did not have any problems related to that during our stay. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are small, which is okay for the price and are clean. The bathroom is also small but clean and has hot/cold water up to expectation. The WiFi was good.

They do not offer laundry services. One of the elevators is faulty and wants to close the door on its own over and over when you try to climb in so be careful of that if you visit Sheer amount of rats in the outdoor area where the vending machines are. (Not inside the hotel). If you’re sitting in their outdoor space, be prepared to be greeted my a whole family of big rats especially after dark. The rats seem to be a concern all over the neighborhood to be honest.

Was a bit dubious at first when reading comments about not-so-clean walls/ bathroom, but everything turned out great. Cleanliness is superb. The sewage smell is a bit problematic, especially after taking 'number 2'; however, closing the bathroom should help and the smell will go away after a couple of hours. Anyways, the place is worth the price (do yourself a favour by researching about accommodation in Singapore before complaining how small the rooms are or how expensive the hotel price is). Receptionists and cleaners are very hospitable. Location is great (10' walking to MRT station, 3-5 min to bus stop, bus operating well, on time). Iron and ironing board are available upon demand.

Walls are not noise-proof. So I would recommend preparing some good ear plugs if you're light sleepers. Or pray that you're lucky so that you don't have to stay in the same floor with noisy guests.

Great service! The room was cleaned daily, and it was easily accessible by bus. It's also only a 10-minute walk to Aljunied MRT station, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The hotel staff were also helpful in arranging van transportation for us to the airport.

The shoes of my mother were left behind and when we went back, it’s already gone. However, nothing was reported as lost and found. This seems impossible, as the shoes were used on our first day tour and the next day my mother used her sandals and put the shoes under the bed.

I stayed for two nights and the hotel was just 5minutes walking to the bus station where I could able to catch a bus to Sentosa Island. This is also near to MRT station by walking 25 minutes and by taxi 10 minutes. Super clean and comfy. All facilities/items you need are there except water! Great value for money and staff are nice and friendly. I was solo traveling 👩🏻.

The view was north side of the hotel, my room was in second floor. The construction was ongoing and I could see the workers so as they are. But I always came late so it did not matter anyway. Sound if AC is too loud even if it was on lowest temperature. Other that this, perfect 👌🏻

Clean and well-presented room, serviced daily. Quite close to an MRT station which made it easy to get around for sightseeing and socialising. The late check-out time was convenient as it allowed me to rest in air-conditioned comfort in my room until noon and then go directly to the cruise terminal and board my ship without any undue hanging around.

The room was not particularly big but that is always the case in Singapore unless you pay a fortune. For the price paid, the size was quite normal for Singapore.

The personnel is helping. Everything is very clean. The hotel is in a quite calm place (distant of big roads). Not so far of the MRT station. Practical in order to go to and to come from the airport. The so called red light area is at the end not so much an issue (no need to go outside during the night)

Not so much equipments. The room is quite small. The ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working so much so as a result I got some moisture in the room. Not possible to open the window
