Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jeddah

Spacious room. Very clean and bathroom was excellent. A walking distance to restaurant and coffee shops. Well noise proof even though my room was facing main road. Staff were wonderful. Valet parking was provided for free. Besides self parking. Be there again.

Room service, breakfast and restaurant prices need to be re-evaluated. Very pricey.

Location is excellent and rooftop pool is really pleasant. Large spacious room and bathroom. Good and quiet airconditioning and enough sockets for plugging iPhones and laptop. Large desk. Pleasant lobby and downstairs food and beverages for receiving others. Nice fizzy grapefruit and rosemary mocktail. Attentive staff which have been there since the opening and remember customers.

You might miss a balcony and a more direct view of the Red sea. I missed Um Ali at breakfast or as a dessert. Can't think of more, depending on the offer it might it some seasons get too expensive.

I liked everything. It was beyond my expectations and people reviews . Loved the furniture, specious space comfy bed 👌 , and location is excellent many places by walking distance. Finally, which I am supposed to start with staff hospitality is overwhelming from the front desk to concerge they all answered my inquiries and make my stay worthy.

I would say room soundproof is not good. I had to complain about my next door room loud music later than 1 am . However, the hotel staff responded in a professional way, and within less than 5 minutes, they resolved it . But overall, it was not a big issue .

1. The location is magnificent, and it seems that the hotel is new. 2. The staff are very nice and helpful, especially Abdullah from the reception team. 3. I requested the honeymoon package, and they didn’t prepare it before my arrival. However, Abdullah arranged for all of it the next day and kept in touch to tell me. 4. The rooms are spacious and very clean. 5. The mirrors locations in the room gave the illusions of a bigger room, which is nice! 6. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. 7. The furniture is very clean and very new. 8. The check-in process was quite fast.

1. The honeymoon package was not that much compared to the price 2. The breakfast food with the honeymoon package was not tasty at all. 3. The cake with the honeymoon package was not tasty at all. 4. The parking was hit an miss. If you’re lucky, you would find a parking in front of the reception. 5. The housekeeping staff knocks on the door even if you put DND sign. 6. The check-out process was a bit slow.

The best service from all staff from the door to reception, concierge, to all other departments. The rooms size and cleanliness is great, the lighting and placent of mirrors is on point. The bathrooms design are excellent not to mention they are well maintained. Also worth mentioning that their concierge is the best based on my previous stay, and they are they most flexible hotel with check in and check out timings

Good design. Felt high end and interesting visually. Staff were excellent across the board, from reception to restaurant and spa. Breakfast was excellent and quite extensive, approx. SAR 200 per head ($55)

Everything was pretty good. The high tech spa shower, steam room and water pressure in the room shower were not as good as I would have preferred. The pool area is a bit weak, with cheap looking artificial grass.

Very nice and large swimmingpool and bar on the roof. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and excellent and silent airconditioning. I ended up having to stay in quarantaine 7 days because of a positive pcr test. Hotel staff managed that very well, bringing flowers, towels and good food to my room. Concierge organizing the tests.

The food was ok, but not up to the standards the hotel tries to project.

Loved everything about this hotel, you can instantly feel luxury as soon as you step in. To start with the staff are super friendly, the lobby is spacious, the poolside is gorgeous and the gym is quite big knowing it’s a hotel gym! When it comes to the room, the size is perfect and everything is comfy. The bed is big, great pillows! Desk is very practical especially if you need to work from your room. The toilet is spacious! Almost 1/3 of the room’s size. Coffee, water and tea are complimentary which is great Definitely recommend this hotel

Only downside is the entrance if u’re walking not being dropped off/ driving to the hotel as you have to use two different elevators

This is the most exceptional hotel, I've stayed in since coming to Saudi Arabia five years ago. From Ali cheerful greeting in checking, to the most mouth-watering dinner in Las Pampas, an amazing night's sleep, and a truly awesome breakfast - this bouquet hotel surpasses excellence. We will surely be back, and I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone looking for pure luxury, at a very affordable price.
