The best apartment hotel I have ever stayed in. We ended up booking a 2 bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment that was so large we could have fit another entire group. We loved this place so much! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Jeddah again. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.

The only downside is that we only had 1 day to enjoy this place, wish we stayed longer.

1- Although it is an old hotel but the furniture didn't look old at all. 2- The location is amazing 3- The price is a bargain compared to the quality.

My only issue was the bathroom. The glass doesn't give proper privacy, especially from sounds and smell.

First the customer service. Mohamed al Harbi, thank you for welcoming us with a big smile. The people go above and beyond to make sure you are happy during your stay. I really wish I stayed longer. The place is great.

Everything was perfect.

Welcoming staff especially Ms. Lujan who has spared no efforts to extend all possible support. The appointment size is more than enough, daily and on as needed housekeeping , location and more to say.

The breakfast. Is ok but the staff are not friendly at all especially Kichen staff and potters

Friendly and helping guess especially if you have shopping from mall or grocery stores

The property was nice with generous space Staff was great and friendly specially Ahmed from House keeping

Kind of old furniture need some renovation

Poor breakfast, using old food from previous day like Hommos and soup, poor fruit collection slow in response to maintainance

Good options for breakfast. Liked omlette with lost of green and hummus. Tea and coffee was great. Fruits were fresh and clean.

More supply of drinking water bottles.

We moved from another hotel to here and we realised that we should have booked this initially. We were upgraded and apartment was brilliant. The rooms were big and comfy with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen had a bar and all facilities excluding a washing machine. Highly recommended for families. The place was very quiet too. Ahmed, the check in clerk was very good.

The breakfast could have been better but there was a variety of food available. The waitresses had a very bad attitude. It was as if they did not want to be there and require hospitality training. They did not give enough towels but once we asked them, they gave us some more. We called the in house restaurant for dessert and they only had one cake available, The check out was a bit bizarre as I never got the check out documents and the check clerks didn't look like they knew how the check out procedure worked. The manager (or who ever he was) interrupted the check in clerk whilst he was processing my booking, to deal with another guest. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional.
