Cleanliness: 10 Very clean rooms and bathroom. Clean bed sheets and bed covers. Comfort: 10 Size-wise, the room is not that spacious, but comfortable to move around. No noise from outside or neighbour rooms. Facilities: 9 A fridge, which cools, and that's it. An iron & an ironing board. Almost all of the bathroom amenities are available; a dental kit, shaving kit, shower gel, shampoo, cups, and towels. Location: 10 The location is very good. A nearby shop, pharmacy and other services available. There is a private parking slots available. Staff: 10 Great hospitality from all the staff. Very helpful, polite, cooperative and respectful. Breakfast: 9 Breakfast is excellent, with great service. Open buffet to a wide variety of delicious and fresh food and drinks. WiFi: 9 Very good WiFi connection, takes sometime to connect but rarely disconnects. Speed depends on the time of the day. Value for Money: 9 Worth the price, specially when you see much lesser hotels with the same or even higher prices around the same area.

good location, pretty central and able to easily get taxi/ Uber. There are also some restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was nice but not included in the room rate. Bed was super comfy.

Wi-Fi is so bad in the rooms. For 4 nights we was only provided one big towel and one hand towel even though there was two of us. Air con was super noisy and hard to use as the control didn’t seem to work properly. Also the imagine of the pool looks nothing like the reality - it’s tiny and not inviting to use at all.

The location was great for us as we were visiting family. The hotel is well located with ample parking. The staff are exceptionally well mannered and very willing to help. I mistakenly booked a week ahead of my actual arrival date and they had no issues whatsoever to change at no extra cost. It's a good clean basic hotel with a price to match

The location is good for me, the room is very clean and the best thing is the restaurant person Mr. Sarwar, he is a very kind man, warm welcome for his guests and he always doing his best to make sure that everything is going well.

Car park free in the hotel parking. Hotel is very close to King Abdullah garden and in the middle of high ways. It is 30-35minutes far away from Airport. also 30-35 minutes far away from Boulevard Riyadh and Boiulevard Riyadh city. There are a lot of malls close to the hotel.

very clean and new furnitures. welcoming fruit basket. Free water available all the time. Nespresso coffee machine. Restaurant in the roof for dinner was very delicious.

very good breakfast but the hash browns was from the previous day ( not fresh )

the location was great, the room was spacious

the check-in was late for an hour and had to wait after a long journey. the toilet was not probably cleaned. the red tray for soup and the shampoo was very dirty. the cups in the toilet were put on wet papers. the was no fridge in the room. I asked for ice and took more than an hour; I did not get to the end. the communication needs improvement the hotel is very great overall but requires some attention to the details.
